4. Procurement content:

During the 15th Annual Meeting of Chinese Stem Cells from October 9 to 12, 2025, a science popularization activity for academicians and experts was organized, and no less than 5 academicians and 2 experts were invited to visit the government agencies, universities, primary and secondary schools, research institutes, enterprises, etc. in Chongqing, and a special science popularization activity was held, with no less than 7 audiences on site, with no less than 2,000 people. Each event invited no less than 5 mainstream media to report on the event, and photographed and video were taken throughout the event, and live broadcasts were carried out according to the needs of the organizer.

5. Total project limit price: 80,000 yuan, the quotation shall not be higher than the total limit price.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Qualification conditions for Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:

1. Have the ability to bear civil liability independently；

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system；

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract；

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law；

5. Within three years before participating in government procurement activities, there was no record of major violations in business activities.；

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Article 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or legal person certificate of public institution. Only a business license is provided if the three certificates are integrated.； See the statement for details of paragraphs 2-6.

(2) Have experience in planning and implementing large-scale science popularization activities across the country or the city.
