Biomedical Imaging Platform

The biomedical imaging platform is located on the north side of the 3rd floor of Building 3, covering an area of ​​approximately 1,500 square meters. As a comprehensive experimental support platform, its services cover multiple fields such as basic medicine, pharmacy, chemistry and materials science. It is committed to providing high-level scientific research support for multi-disciplinary fields and facilitating research on the mechanisms of disease occurrence, development and outcome.

The platform is equipped with high-end imaging equipment such as laser scanning confocal microscope (Zeiss LSM 980), ultra-high-resolution spinning disk confocal microscope (Evident SpinSR10), live cell imaging system (Invitrogen EVOS M7000), and high-throughput long-term live cell imaging analysis system (Incucyte SX5). It is also equipped with flow cytometry analyzers (BD LSRFortessa, Invitrogen Attune Advanced analytical instruments such as CytPix) and flow cytometry sorter (BD FACS Aria Fusion) can provide one-stop experimental technical services and training guidance such as tissue cell morphology observation, three-dimensional reconstruction, co-localization analysis, large field of view puzzle, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, and cell identification, quantification and sorting.
