2. research direction of the research group

the research team has long been engaged in basic-translational and clinical research on tumor immunity and immunotherapy, focusing on research on the formation mechanism and intervention strategies of tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment, and has initially formed distinctive directions in the following three directions:

(1) basic research: analyze the source of tumor immunosuppressive cells and their differentiation regulation mechanism from the perspective of tumor-hematopoiesis-immune regulation; original discovery of a new mechanism by which tumor-induced extramedullary erythroid hematopoiesis regulates systemic anti-tumor immunity [representative papers: nat med, 2018; cancer cell, 2022; nat commun, 2019; cancer res, 2019].

(2) translational research: use clinical sample cohorts to multi-dimensionally analyze the cellular and molecular mechanisms that form the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of the tumor immune microenvironment, and develop targeted overcoming strategies [representative papers: nat commun, 2018; sci adv, 2021; j thorac oncol, 2019; signal transduct target ther, 2022; adv drug deliv rev, 2022].

3. job requirements and application conditions
