1. Delivery time: Within 90 working days after the contract takes effect.

2. Supply/service location: Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute. Party B shall bear the transportation costs and risks during transportation.

3. Payment method: After the contract is signed, Party A must pay the full payment within 90 working days.

4. Total project price limit: The total quoted price shall not be higher than 190,000 yuan. The quoted price is a comprehensive lump sum price, including all equipment fees, software fees, installation fees, testing fees, travel expenses, freight, material fees, taxes, etc. The purchaser will not pay other fees separately.

4. Project requirements

Experimental monkey quality requirements:

1. Rhesus monkey, male, appearance: no disability； Nervous system: No symptoms such as body tremor or paralysis ； Eyes: No one-eyed or blind ； Ears: There is no leakage of secretions from the ear canal and no defects in the auricle. ； Nose: No exudation of serous, mucinous or purulent secretions ； Teeth: Neat, well-arranged, and free of cavities ； Skin: No wounds, abscesses, scabies, eczema ； Limbs: No fractures or deformations, and the limbs are sound and intact. ； Gastrointestinal tract: No vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation, the hair around the anus is clean, and there are no urine or fecal contaminants. ； Overall condition: Breathing and heartbeat are normal ； Medication records: There is no medication record within 2 months before the animals are shipped. ； There is no history of medication or traumatic experiments. Age 2 to 5 years old, weight 3kg to 6kg, no stereotyped behavior ； There is no maternal and infant isolation before the age of 5 months.

2. Virus testing items: Virus testing will provide negative test reports for B virus (BV), simian retrovirus D (SRV), simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV), and simian T cell tropism virus type I (STLV-1).

3. Pathogen testing items: Salmonella and Shigella are both negative.

4. Parasite testing items: external parasites, Toxoplasma gondii, and internal parasites are all negative.

5. Tuberculosis testing items: Two MOT skin tests are required before shipment, and the interval between two tests is at least 14 days.

Acceptance terms:

(1) Party A sends technicians to Party B to select animals, and Party B must keep the animals selected by Party A in isolation and quarantine. Party B is responsible for animal testing. Party B must fully cooperate with Party A in taking samples. The testing fee shall be paid by Party B. Only those who pass the test can appear. After the animals arrive at the destination designated by Party A, if Party A finds that the quality and quantity of the animals are inconsistent with this contract, quality objections must be raised within two weeks from the date the animals arrive at the destination. If the animal dies due to its own reasons within 7 days from the date of receipt by Party A, Party B shall refund the full payment for the dead monkey to Party A and provide new animals that meet the requirements within 10 days. If the animal dies due to its own reasons within 2 weeks of receiving the goods, Party B will be responsible for providing the corresponding animal again in a timely manner or refunding the fee. Quantity objections must be raised within 1 day from the date the animals arrive at their destination. Party B shall handle the objection and notify Party A within 1 day from the date Party A raises the objection.

(2) After the animals arrive at the destination designated by Party A, they will be quarantined for 45 days. If Party A has to extend the quarantine period due to quality problems with the animals, Party B shall bear all costs incurred due to the extension of the quarantine period. After the quarantine period is extended, if the health status of the animals still does not meet the contract, Party A has the right to require Party B to replace the unqualified animals, or has the right to return the unqualified animals and deduct the payment for the unqualified animals from the payment to be made.

(3) Party A assists Party B in completing the animal transportation. If an animal suddenly becomes ill or dies during transportation, the risk shall be borne by Party B, and Party B must replace qualified animals free of charge within 7 days. Animals suffering from sudden illness or death are not included in the acceptance scope.

(4) Party B will be fully responsible for additional feeding fees, testing fees, and project delay losses due to animals not meeting quality requirements.

5. Supplier qualification requirements

Meet the qualifications of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China":

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability.

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system.

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract.

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law.

5. In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there should be no major illegal records in business activities.

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

7. Have a valid experimental animal production license, wild animal artificial breeding license, and approval documents or special labels from the forestry department on the sale, purchase, and use of this batch of experimental animals.

6. Inquiry schedule

1. Inquiry release time: 17:00 on September 10, 2026.

Suppliers should encrypt and compress the quotation list and related attachments (which need to be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) into ZIP format before the quotation deadline, and only send the encrypted compressed package to the Jinfeng Laboratory procurement email jfsys-caigou@jflab.ac.cn. The decompression password and project quotation amount must not be entered in the body of the email, otherwise it will be treated as an invalid quotation. The password will be notified separately after the expiration date by the purchaser. Those who do not quote before the quotation deadline will be deemed to have given up automatically. The subject of the email must be filled in strictly according to the format: [Full name of the project] + Complete unit name of the supplier + Quotation document. If the subject is incorrectly filled in, resulting in the buyer being unable to identify the classification, and the risk that the email is misjudged as spam by the system, the supplier shall bear the risk.

7. Quotation document requirements

1. The supplier's quotation document should contain the following attachments:

(1) Quotation letter；

(2) Quotation list；

(3) Legal representative qualification certificate (if the bidder is an authorized representative, he must also provide a legal representative authorization letter)；

(4) Statement；

(5) Letter of commitment；

(6) Business license or other organizational entity certification documents.

2. The bidder should prepare a freshly stamped quotation document (PDF) and send it to the mailbox. The quotation document must be clearly visible, otherwise the quotation will be deemed invalid.

3. The quotation document should be produced in accordance with the requirements of the "Purchase Announcement". The quotation document must be signed and sealed by the legal representative of the bidder or his authorized representative at the prescribed signature place. The signature, seal and content should be complete. If there are any omissions, you will bear the risk of being regarded as an invalid quotation.

4. The quotation document should be written clearly and neatly. Any interline insertions, alterations, additions or deletions must be signed or stamped with a personal seal by the legal representative of the bidder or his authorized representative. Quotation documents that are illegible, unclearly expressed, or may lead to non-unique understanding will be deemed invalid.
