1. Introduction to Jinfeng Laboratory

Jinfeng Laboratory is located on the bank of Fengqi Lake in Chongqing High-tech Zone, Western Science City. It is a strategic scientific and technological force created by Chongqing with the efforts of the whole city and a new R&D institution with independent legal personality. The laboratory covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a construction area of ​​135,000 square meters, supporting construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of Fengqi Lake Park.

The laboratory takes the next generation diagnosis of major diseases as its core mission, and takes original theoretical innovation and theoretical breakthroughs in "stuck neck" technology as its primary goal. It is accelerating its construction into a comprehensive research base, a highland for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements, a high-end scientific and technological resource collection area, and a pioneer area for scientific and technological system reform.

2. Introduction by the PI, the leader of the research team

Liang Li graduated from the First Military Medical University in 2003 with a Ph.D.； Professor, chief physician and director of the Department of Pathology, School of Basic Medicine, Southern Medical University/Department of Pathology, Southern Hospital ； He has been selected as a candidate for the National Hundreds and Thousands of Talents Project, the New Century Outstanding Talents of the Ministry of Education, the Pearl River Scholar Distinguished Professor of Guangdong Province, the Outstanding Young Medical Talent of Guangdong Province, and the China Outstanding Young Pathologist Award. ； The main research directions are the molecular mechanisms of tumor metastasis and drug resistance and intelligent diagnostic strategies. ； He has presided over many projects such as the National Key R&D Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial Major Science and Technology Project, and the Guangzhou Key Area R&D Plan. ； Relevant results were published in well-known journals such as GASTROENTEROLOGY, JOURNAL OF HEPATOLOGY, HEPATOLOGY, NATURE COMMUNICATION as the first and corresponding author, and 3 highly cited SCI papers were published. ； Taking the lead in formulating 1 pathology industry guideline and participating in 9 projects.

3. Research direction of the research group

Molecular mechanisms of tumor metastasis and drug resistance and intelligent diagnostic strategies.

4. Job requirements and application conditions

(1) Associate researcher/assistant researcher (1-2 people)

1. Job content: Assist PI to guide postdoctoral fellows and scientific research assistants to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

2. Application requirements: Have obtained a doctorate degree in basic medicine, life sciences and other related majors, and are generally not more than 40 years old. No less than 2 original papers, at least one of which is a JCR Area 1 paper ； Or a JCR Area 1 paper with an impact factor greater than 10 points. Have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, have high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

3. Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

(2) Postdoctoral fellows (3-5 people)

1. Work content: Able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of PI.

2. Application requirements: Those who have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data, artificial intelligence and other related majors, and are generally not more than 35 years old. Have a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.

3. Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

(3) Algorithm researcher (1 person)

1. Job content: Responsible for the research and development of deep learning detection and segmentation algorithms, leading the algorithm team to conduct research and development projects and technical research, including formulating technical plans, providing corresponding technical guidance, tracking project progress, and evaluating project effects.； Follow the development trends of cutting-edge technologies in the industry, and track the latest international algorithm development directions and corresponding technologies. ； Follow up and understand the latest research trends in medical images and deep learning, conduct research and screening of valuable results, and promote applications in conjunction with relevant R&D projects ； Participate in scientific research project applications and encourage the publication of high-quality image processing papers, etc. ； Have the spirit of teamwork and the thinking and ability to transform scientific research results into products.

2. Application requirements: PhD degree, computer-related major, proficient in or familiar with machine learning-related algorithms； Have strong programming skills and be proficient in using one or more of the deep learning tools TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Theano, etc. ； Have project experience related to computer vision, image processing, and deep learning algorithm implementation ； Priority will be given to those who have published articles in top conferences or magazines related to deep learning, such as MICCAI, CVPR, NIPS, TMI, MedIA, etc. ； Research experience in the field of digital pathology is preferred ； Priority will be given to those with experience in researching algorithms for ultra-large images with tens of billions of pixels ； Strong innovation ability and independent research and development capabilities.

3. Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

(4) Algorithm Engineer (2-3 people)

1. Job content: Participate in the research and development of automatic analysis algorithms for medical images, encourage the publication of high-quality image processing papers, etc.； Carry out research and development work in deep learning and other related fields ； Responsible for building deep learning frameworks, including algorithm and system development for machine learning, image processing, etc. ； Have product-oriented thinking, teamwork spirit, and the execution ability to transform scientific research results into products.

2. Application requirements: Computer related major, proficient in or familiar with deep learning related algorithms； Have strong programming skills and be proficient in one or more of the deep learning platforms Caffe, Theano, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. ； Have experience in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning algorithm implementation ； Relevant development experience in the field of digital pathology is preferred ； Experience in algorithm development for ultra-large images with tens of billions of pixels is preferred ； Applicants with papers in top international conference journals on medical image processing, computer vision, and machine learning will be given priority. ； Master degree or above, those with a doctoral degree are preferred.
