1. Introduction to Jinfeng Laboratory

Jinfeng Laboratory is located on the bank of Fengqi Lake in Chongqing High-tech Zone, Western Science City. It is a strategic scientific and technological force created by Chongqing with the efforts of the whole city and a new R&D institution with independent legal personality. The laboratory covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a construction area of ​​135,000 square meters, supporting construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of Fengqi Lake Park.

The laboratory takes the next generation diagnosis of major diseases as its core mission, and takes original theoretical innovation and theoretical breakthroughs in "stuck neck" technology as its primary goal. It is accelerating its construction into a comprehensive research base, a highland for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements, a high-end scientific and technological resource collection area, and a pioneer area for scientific and technological system reform.

2. Introduction by the PI, the leader of the research group

He Yonghong is the director of the Optical Detection and Imaging Laboratory of the Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University, a researcher, and a doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in interdisciplinary scientific research on biomedical optical methods, technologies, applications, and instruments for many years. He has presided over more than 30 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, national science and technology plans, provincial and municipal science and technology plans, and corporate science and technology development. He has successively carried out research on the digitalization and intelligence of medical microscopic images, optical coherence tomography (OCT) technology, optical weak measurement non-labeled biomolecule interaction sensing, and high-throughput biochip analysis technology.

3. Research direction of the research group

Based on the research direction of smart pathology, the research focuses on medical optics smart pathology equipment.

4. Job requirements and application conditions

(1) Senior R&D engineer for reagents (2 persons)

1. Work content: Organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans, formulate technology development strategies, and plan development directions.； Propose new project development plans and submit project proposals ； Organize and lead the development team, formulate project implementation plans, monitor project progress and quality, and ensure project completion on schedule ； Conduct research and pre-research on technical problems ； Answer technical questions raised by customers and provide technical support.

2. Application requirements: PhD degree or above, graduates in cell and molecular biology, biomedicine, bioinformatics and other related majors. Fresh PhDs are acceptable.； Applicants with experience in the development of in vitro diagnostic kits related to liquid phase biochips will be given priority ； Have teamwork and collaborative management skills and are willing to develop in the medical device industry ； Applicants with relevant work experience in patent application, diagnostic reagent registration, etc. will be given priority.

3. Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

(2) Algorithm Engineer (2 people)

1. Job content: Responsible for data cleaning, model construction and training of deep learning models； Responsible for the development and optimization of algorithms related to machine vision algorithms such as identification, classification, segmentation, and underlying image processing. ； Analyze, design and solve problems in projects.

2. Application requirements: Master's degree or above in pattern recognition, image processing, applied mathematics, computer and other related majors, and more than 3 years of relevant work experience； Proficient in Opencv, proficient in at least one deep learning framework such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc. ； Familiar with mainstream algorithms and have in-depth research and understanding of algorithm optimization ； Proficient in programming languages ​​such as C++/C# ； Have independent problem-solving ability, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.

3. Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

(3) Backend software development engineer (2 people)

1. Work content: Independently complete the backend core code writing and basic functional module design； Able to write technical solutions and independently complete the system architecture design of the project ； Responsible for research and technical research on technical difficulties existing in the system ； Quickly respond to product upgrades and bug revision needs, and provide good technical support ； Participate in demand analysis, document writing, and technical plan formulation of the company's products and systems.

2. Application requirements: Bachelor degree or above in computer application, software engineering and other related majors, with at least three years of background development experience； Proficient in C# language, with 2-5 years of experience in netCore webapi development ； Familiar with multi-threading, locks, etc., as well as design patterns and the use of reflection, custom feature extensions, etc. ； Understand object storage (Alibaba Cloud OSS, Tencent COS, Amazon AWSS3, etc.) permission management ； Familiar with mysql, sqlServer, redis database, sqlsugar, EFCore and other ORM frameworks ； Familiar with automap, autofac, id4 and other components.

(4) Front-end software development engineer (2 people)

1. Job content: Responsible for the design and development of WEB front-end core modules, and responsible for code quality and progress； Familiar with W3C standards and differences in front-end development of major browsers, and provide front-end page solutions for different browsers ； Mobile HTML5 performance and other optimizations provide users with the best interface interaction experience and best performance ； Responsible for the requirements of related products and the implementation of front-end programs, and provide a reasonable front-end architecture ； Improve and optimize development tools, development processes, and development frameworks ； Cooperate with UI designers and background programs to complete the page implementation work efficiently and with high quality. ；

Understand the related work on the server side and have your own insights in interactive experience, product design, etc.

2.
