Today, we solemnly gather to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. We review the glorious history of our party, look forward to the bright prospects for the development of the cause of the party and the people, and mobilize the entire party and people of all ethnic groups to march forward with confidence towards the grand goal of building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Since then, the Chinese people and the Chinese nation have had the most reliable backbone, and China, which was suffering from internal and external troubles, poverty and weakness, has embarked on earth-shaking historical changes.

Over the past 105 years, our party has always adhered to its original mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It has a profound insight into the general trend of world development, accurately grasped the changes in the principal contradictions in society in various historical periods, united and led the people of all ethnic groups in the country to work tirelessly, created great achievements in the new democratic revolution, socialist revolution and construction, reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and wrote the most magnificent epic in the thousands-year history of the Chinese nation.

105 years of unremitting struggle have fundamentally changed the future and destiny of the Chinese people. Our Party led the people through a magnificent and great struggle to overthrow the three mountains of imperialism, feudalism, and bureaucratic capitalism, establish a new China in which the people are the masters of the country, completely end the history of the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society of old China, and achieve a historic leap in people's lives from insufficient food and clothing to overall moderate prosperity and then to comprehensive moderate prosperity. Today, the Chinese people have firmly grasped their destiny in their own hands and are striding towards a better future with confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement.
