3. Business requirements

1. Delivery time: Delivery of all goods and completion of acceptance within 7 days after signing the contract；

2. Service location: Jinfeng Laboratory, No. 313 Jinyue Road, Chongqing High-tech Zone；

3. Payment method: Settlement will be processed after the installation is completed and acceptance is passed. After formal settlement, the entire payment will be paid in one go.

4. Total project price limit: The total quotation price shall not exceed the limit price of 160,000 yuan. The quoted price is a comprehensive lump sum price, including all cargo fees, supporting material fees, testing and verification fees, travel expenses, freight, packaging fees, taxes, etc. The purchaser will not pay other fees separately.

4. Project requirements

1. The products supplied are all in the original packaging, without opening, scratching, bumping or deformation.； Materials such as factory certificates/test reports are provided with the goods to meet the requirements for scientific research warehousing, accounting, and audit archiving.

2. Packaging must be shock-proof, moisture-proof, and anti-static； The filter card (circuit board) is used for anti-static protection, and the objective lens is used for anti-collision buffer protection. ； If the product is damaged during transportation or has abnormal functions, the supplier will replace it with qualified products of the same specification free of charge without any conditions.

3. The high-speed filter card meets the core indicators: bandwidth ≥ 200MHz, and the filter parameters are software adjustable. The board components are intact, the solder joints are regular, and there is no empty soldering, desoldering, or ablation. ； The circuits, interfaces, and golden fingers are not damaged, oxidized, or worn.

4. The microscope objective lens specification model is UApoN340, 40x, NA1.15, 340nm ultraviolet band optimized super-apochromatic objective lens. The optical lenses have no mildew, scratches, chipping, or oil stains, and the optical path imaging is uniform and free of debris. Equipped with original standard dust caps, installation sealing gaskets and other supporting auxiliary materials.

5. The goods shall be delivered to the designated location of the laboratory within the agreed period and shall not be delayed without reason. After passing the acceptance inspection, you will enjoy a 1-year warranty. ； During the warranty period, free warranty and technical support will be provided for non-human quality problems.

5. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Meet the qualifications of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China":

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability；

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system；

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract；

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law；

5. In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities.；

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Paragraph 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate or public institution legal person certificate , the three-in-one certificate only provides a business license ； Paragraphs 2-6 provide a declaration (see declaration for details).

(2) Have experience in sales of optical instruments/electronic components/laboratory equipment, and have no record of major quality complaints； Priority will be given to those who have served similar projects in universities/scientific research institutes/key laboratories.

(3) Have remote technical support capabilities and can provide filter card driver installation guidance, usage consultation and other services； We have stable after-sales docking personnel to provide technical Q&A and data archiving assistance after arrival.

6. Inquiry schedule

2. Inquiry deadline: 17:00 on June 5, 2026

Suppliers should send the quotation list and relevant attachments (which must be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email lixueling@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. Those who do not quote before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.

Supplier quotation documents should include the following attachments (see Part 2 for details):

(1) Quotation letter；

(2) Quotation list；

(3) Legal representative qualification certificate (if the bidder is an authorized representative, he must also provide a legal representative authorization letter)；

(4) Copy of business license or other organization certification documents；

(5) Statement；

(6) Letter of commitment；

(7) Technical parameter response form (correspond to the procurement requirements one by one: filter card parameters, objective lens parameters, and answer one by one whether they are met)

7. Requirements for signature and sealing of quotation documents

1. The bidder should prepare a freshly stamped quotation document (PDF) and send it to the email address. The quotation document must be clearly visible, otherwise the quotation will be deemed invalid.

2. The quotation document should be produced in accordance with the requirements of the "Inquiry Announcement". The quotation document must be signed and sealed by the legal representative of the bidder or his authorized representative at the prescribed signature place. The signature, seal and content should be complete. If there are any omissions, you will bear the risk of being regarded as an invalid quotation.；

3. The quotation document should be written clearly and neatly. Any insertions, alterations, additions or deletions between the lines must be signed or stamped with a personal seal by the legal representative of the bidder or his authorized representative. Quotation documents that are illegible, unclearly expressed, or may lead to non-unique understanding will be deemed invalid.
