professor, doctoral supervisor, national-level high-level talent, young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leading talents of the ministry of science and technology, new century outstanding talents of the ministry of education, chongqing yingcai scientific and technological innovation leading talents, and recipient of the chongqing outstanding youth fund. executive director of the pulse power technology and application branch of the chinese nuclear society, member of the bioelectromagnetics committee of the chinese society of biomedical engineering, and member of the bioelectrical committee of the china electrotechnical society. he has long been engaged in research on the biomedical effects of extreme electromagnetic pulses and their treatment equipment. he has presided over more than 30 projects including 2 national key r&d plan projects, 1 major scientific instrument project, 3 sub-projects, national natural science foundation key projects, and mianshang projects. he has published more than 300 sci articles in top journals such as ieee tie, ieee tpe, and ieee tbme, and has 42 authorized invention patents. he won the second prize of the natural science award for higher education institutions of the ministry of education in 2019. approved as chongqing “biomedical electromagnetic technology and digital diagnosis and treatment equipment” engineering technology research center and chongqing “extreme electromagnetic pulse biological effects” technology innovation center.
