(1) basic information of academic leaders

professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the department of ophthalmology at the first affiliated hospital of army medical university, and visiting scholar at harvard medical school. he is a member of the fundus disease group of the ophthalmology committee of the chinese medical association and a national member of the ophthalmology branch of the chinese medical doctor association. during the 13th five-year plan period, he led the department to obtain 16 national-level projects. hosted 6 scientific research projects including the national natural science foundation of china. in the past five years, he has published 25 sci papers in stem cell reports, retina, etc., and co-edited 3 monographs. "clinical translational research on stem cell treatment of retinal damage" won the first-level clinical new technology of army medical university in 2019. won the 2017 academy award of the ophthalmology committee of the chinese medical association and the 2019 national outstanding ophthalmologist award.
