Introduction to Jinfeng Laboratory
Jinfeng Laboratory came into being with the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle. It is the "number one project" of the Western (Chongqing) Science City. It is the strategic scientific and technological force for Chongqing to build the "416" scientific and technological innovation strategic layout and create a life and health scientific and technological innovation highland. With "next-generation diagnosis of major diseases" as its core mission, and with original theoretical innovation and "stuck neck" technical basic theoretical breakthroughs as its primary goals, the laboratory has laid out a scientific research platform, gathered talents from all over the world, built a scientific research matrix, carried out organized scientific research, accelerated the creation of an open, hub-type, and platform-type scientific and technological innovation base, and strived to open up a new track for the development of the future diagnosis and treatment industry. The laboratory covers an area of 128 acres and has a construction area of 135,000 ㎡，300,000 yuan for supporting construction㎡of Housing for high-end talents and the 1,100-acre Fengqi Lake Park. The laboratory has a strong academic atmosphere, complete scientific research conditions, and complete supporting services. It is not only a stage for displaying talents, innovation and entrepreneurship, but also a platform for climbing to new heights and realizing dreams.
Research direction of the research group
1. Tumor-neuron interaction mechanism. Focusing on the complex interactions between tumors and nerves, we focus on the role of chemical transmitter release/intercellular communication, and focus on analyzing the molecular mechanisms of the interaction between cancer stem cells and neural stem cells/neurons/glia, laying the foundation for targeted intervention.
2. Stem cell and immune cell therapy. Focusing on tumor-neuron interactions, we will conduct basic research on the application of stem cells, stem cell-derived organelles and chimeric antigen receptor-modified immune cell therapy.
Job requirements and application conditions
1. Postdoctoral fellow (1-2 persons)
(1) Work content:
Able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of the project leader.
(2) Application conditions:
1. Have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data, artificial intelligence and other related majors, and are generally not more than 35 years old.
2. Have a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.
(3) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time), other circumstances may be discussed later.
2. Scientific research assistant (2-3 people)
(1) Work content:
Assist in developing scientific research projects and completing experiments arranged by PI (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).
(2) Application conditions:
1. Bachelor degree or above in medicine, basic medicine, biology or related majors (candidates who have published SCI papers and Chinese core papers as the first or co-author in the past three years are preferred)；
2. Generally no more than 35 years old；
3. Familiar with medical laboratory management and have solid basic knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment；
4. Have the scientific research level and ability to organize and effectively carry out relevant work that is suitable for the job；
5. Ability to perform project management responsibilities well；
6. Work seriously and rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have service awareness and teamwork spirit.
(3) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).
