5.Purchase content:

(1) Maintenance equipment list

(2) Maintenance requirements

1) Service period: from April 17, 2026 to April 16, 2027, a total of 1 year；

2) Equipment faults will be repaired free of charge during the service period, and the accessories replaced during maintenance must comply with national and international industry standards.；

3) Each piece of equipment must provide preventive maintenance at least 4 times a year and issue a written report. Maintenance includes but is not limited to instrument appearance cleaning, routine system cleaning, performance testing, and necessary mechanical or electrical inspections.；

4) During the validity period of the contract, technical services will be provided free of charge, and operators authorized by the purchaser will be assisted to analyze and repair relevant equipment through telephone, Internet, etc., locate faults in real time, and formulate maintenance plans.；

5) From receiving the repair report from the purchaser to completing the repair, it will not exceed 5 working days.

6) Purchase limit: ￥60,000 yuan.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability；

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system；

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract；

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law；

5. In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities.；

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Paragraph 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate or public institution legal person certificate. If the three certificates are combined into one, only a business license is required.； Subsections 2-6 provide a declaration.

3. Other requirements

1. When the purchaser uses the products and services provided by the bidder within the territory of the People's Republic of China, it is protected from prosecution by third parties for infringement of its patent rights and intellectual property rights. If a third party files an infringement allegation, the seller shall bear all legal liabilities and expenses arising therefrom. ；

2. Due to the supplier's own reasons for failing to meet the requirements of the bidding documents during the cooperation period, Party A has the right to unilaterally take relevant punitive measures (including but not limited to financial penalties, contract termination, etc.).

3. Suppliers participating in the quotation must meet all terms in the announcement, otherwise their quotations will be rejected；

4. The quotation is a comprehensive lump sum price, including but not limited to freight, labor maintenance fees, taxes, accessories fees and other related expenses.；

5. Suppliers participating in the quotation are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents in the announcement；

6. All bidding materials must be within the validity period and clearly visible, otherwise they will be treated as invalid.

4. Inquiry schedule

1. Inquiry release time: 15:00 on March 20, 2026

2. Inquiry deadline: 15:00 on March 25, 2026

Suppliers should send the quotation list and relevant attachments (which must be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email tanhaijun@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. Those who do not quote before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.
