Job introduction

1. Job Responsibilities

(1) Coordinate the docking with Guangzhou National Laboratory and promote the work of striving to create the Chongqing base of Guangzhou National Laboratory；

(2) Coordinate the center’s strategic planning and scientific research layout, team building and talent introduction, platform construction and resource allocation, external exchanges and open cooperation；

(3) Complete other tasks assigned by the center.

2. Job requirements

(1) Members of the Communist Party of China with firm political stance and good moral character；

(2) Have a professional background in life sciences or medicine, and have a postgraduate degree, be familiar with the operation and management models and specifications of large-scale scientific research platforms or new R&D institutions, and have a solid management theoretical foundation or rich practical experience；

(3) Have more than 10 years of relevant work experience in the life and health field and more than 5 years of leadership position experience in universities, scientific research institutions, and medical institutions；

(4) Have keen strategic thinking, precise decision-making and innovation awareness, and have a strong sense of rules and risk management and control capabilities；

(5) In good health and under the age of 65.
