1. Special audit services for the allocation and use of financial funds by Jinfeng Laboratory from September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025；

2. Jinfeng Laboratory 2025 Annual Report Audit Service；

3. Chongqing-Guangdong Pathological Science Research Center 2025 Annual Report Audit Service；

4. Audit services for the 2025 annual report of Chongqing Jinfeng Jixiang Single Cell Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jinfeng Precision Diagnostic Center Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jinfeng Life Health Technology Co., Ltd.；

(5) Total project price limit:147200Yuan, the total quotation shall not be higher than the total limit price, and the individual quotation shall not be higher than the individual limit price；

(6) The individual price limit and the total price limit of this project are based on the project type, charging standard, and billing base stipulated in the "Chongqing Accounting Firms' Practice Fee Standards and Management Measures". A certain discount of no less than the standard fee is used as the price limit calculation. The special audit of financial funds is calculated at a 20% discount, and the annual report audit is calculated at a 40% discount.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Have the ability to independently bear civil liability；

(2) Have the necessary industry qualifications and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract；

(3) In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities.； Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, tax illegal blacklist, serious illegal and dishonest conduct in government procurement, and supplier qualification suspension record list ；

(4) Have experience in auditing services for one or more government units, administrative institutions or new scientific research institutions in the past 2 years；

(5) Specific qualification requirements for this project: The person in charge of the proposed project is a practicing certified public accountant who must have auditing experience in government units, administrative institutions or new scientific research institutions.； The project leader and the assigned auditors are all regular employees of the bidder's unit.

3. Project requirements

1. After the inquiry results of this project are announced, personnel must be dispatched to conduct on-site audits within 2 working days. The official report of Jinfeng Laboratory’s special audit service on the allocation and use of financial funds from September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 will be issued no later than January 31, 2026 ； Formal reports for other annual review services will be issued no later than February 28, 2026.

4. Other requirements

(1) Suppliers participating in the quotation must meet all the terms in the announcement, otherwise their quotations will be rejected.

(2) The quoted price is a comprehensive lump sum price, including but not limited to audit service fees, project personnel travel expenses, board and lodging, taxes and other project-related expenses.

(3) Suppliers participating in the quotation are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents in the announcement.

(4) All bidding materials must be within the validity period and clearly visible, otherwise they will be treated as invalid.

(5) This project does not accept consortium bids, and subcontracting and subcontracting are not allowed.

5. Liability for breach of contract

(1) Party A is protected from third party lawsuits for infringement of its patent rights or other intellectual property rights when using services provided by suppliers within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If a third party files an allegation of infringement, the supplier shall bear all legal liabilities and expenses arising therefrom.

(2) If the supplier fails to meet the requirements of the bidding documents during the cooperation period due to its own reasons, Party A has the right to unilaterally take relevant punitive measures (including but not limited to financial penalties, contract termination, etc.).
