2. introduction by the pi, the leader of the research team

tian gan graduated from sichuan university with a ph.d. in 2015. during his postgraduate period, he conducted scientific research at the key laboratory of nanobiological effects and safety of the chinese academy of sciences using the "collaborative innovation" joint training model. his mentor was the founder of the laboratory, academician zhao yuliang. currently, he is mainly engaged in research on the application of stimulus-responsive nanomedicines in tumor diagnosis and treatment. he has published more than 20 sci papers as the first author and corresponding author in international high-impact journals such as advanced materials, nano today, advanced functional materials, biomaterials, etc. the paper was selected as a cover article or a hot article report. it was cited more than 3,000 times, with the highest number of citations for a single article being nearly 700. the h-index was 30. five patents were applied for/authorized, one of which was converted.

4. job requirements and application conditions

1. job content: assist pi to guide scientific research assistants to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

2. application requirements: have obtained a doctoral degree in immunology, life sciences, basic medicine, nanobiological effects, and nanomedicine related majors, and are generally not more than 40 years old. no less than 2 original papers, at least one of which is a jcr area 1 paper; or one jcr area 1 paper with an impact factor greater than 10 points. have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.
