(1) Door to Cognition - What are stem cells?

Systematically and clearly demonstrate the basic scientific knowledge of stem cells. Using the "one picture to understand" format, the definition of stem cells, types of stem cells, efficacy and functions of stem cells, etc. are explained with pictures and texts. Beautiful images showing the true form of stem cells under a microscope (such as neural stem cells labeled with fluorescent dyes, cardiomyocytes, etc.) and their differentiation into cells in different tissues (such as bone, liver, skin), supplemented by concise explanations.

(2) The road of exploration – the glorious footprints of stem cell research

Demonstrate China's scientific research strength and major breakthroughs in the field of stem cells. Design timeline display board of major events: Taking a winding "Road of Discovery" timeline as the main line, marking milestone events from the beginning of foreign stem cell research to the present (such as the introduction of important policies, publication of key papers, technological breakthroughs, etc.). Look forward to the application prospects of stem cell technology and guide the public's thinking about the future. With the theme of "The future is here", through exquisite concept maps and information graphics, the potential applications of stem cells in disease treatment (regenerative medicine), anti-aging research, drug screening, organ reconstruction, etc. are depicted.

3． Overall layout and atmosphere creation

According to the actual space of the exhibition hall, scientific exhibition streamline design is carried out, and necessary safety protection and other facilities are provided to ensure that the exhibition environment is safe, comfortable and full of technology.

4. Scheme design and project management

Provide a complete set of science exhibition planning and design plans. After the bidding unit confirms and signs the contract agreement, it must provide relevant electronic documents and be responsible for subsequent exhibition layout, coordination and on-site implementation management.

(5) The total price limit of the project: 198,200 yuan, and the quotation shall not be higher than the total price limit.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Meet the qualifications of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China":

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability；

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system；

3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract；

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law；

5. In the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there are no major illegal records in business activities.；

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Paragraph 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate or public institution legal person certificate. If the three certificates are combined into one, only a business license is required.； Please refer to the declaration for details of paragraphs 2-6.

(2) Enterprise qualification documents, including business license.

(3) Have similar service experience and provide relevant supporting materials.

3. Program requirements

Suppliers must conduct on-site inspections and issue preliminary renderings before bidding.

4. After-sales service requirements

Provide after-sales service to Party A for 1 year.

5. Other requirements

(1) Suppliers participating in the quotation must meet all the terms in the announcement, otherwise their quotations will be rejected.

(2) The quotation is a comprehensive lump sum price, including but not limited to installation fees, transportation fees, taxes and other project-related costs.

(3) Suppliers participating in the quotation are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents in the announcement.

(4) All bidding materials must be within the validity period and clearly visible, otherwise they will be treated as invalid.

(5) During the project implementation process, the supplier shall be solely responsible for all safety responsibilities and losses.

6. Liability for breach of contract

(1) Party A is protected from third party lawsuits for infringement of its patent rights or other intellectual property rights when using services provided by suppliers within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If a third party files an allegation of infringement, the supplier shall bear all legal liabilities and expenses arising therefrom.

(2) If the supplier fails to meet the requirements of the bidding documents during the cooperation period due to its own reasons, Party A has the right to unilaterally take relevant punitive measures (including but not limited to financial penalties, contract termination, etc.).

Suppliers should send the quotation list and relevant attachments (which must be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) in an encrypted compressed package to the contact email zhangshuai@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. Those who do not quote before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.

The decompression password of the compressed package will be sent to the contact email zhangshuai@jflab.ac.cn within 30 minutes after the inquiry deadline. If the decompression password is not sent within 30 minutes, it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.
