In order to meet the needs of laboratory scientific research work, the biomedical imaging platform will hold practical training and assessment on flow cytometry analyzers on November 17, 2025. Those who have been trained and passed the assessment will be granted independent operating rights for the biomedical imaging platform flow cytometer analyzer (Fortessa). Users who have obtained permission can make reservations for use during the open reservation time period of the instrument. Users who have needs are welcome to sign up.

Basic principles of flow analysis, power on/off and instrument maintenance, use of DIVA software, and precautions for use.

Instrument introduction: This equipment is a functional equipment that performs one-by-one, multi-parameter, rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of single-row cells or biological particles in a fast linear flow state. It is mainly composed of three parts: a liquid flow system, an optical system and an electronic system. It can qualitatively or quantitatively analyze cell proliferation, apoptosis, cytokines, chemokines, fluorescent proteins, antigen-specific responses, cellular immune phenotypes, etc., and is widely used in immunology, molecular biology, oncology, hematology, stem cells and other fields.

1． Equipped with 5 lasers: 355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 640 nm, up to 18 color analysis and 20 parameter detection can be performed simultaneously；

Things to note

1． In order to ensure the training effect, the maximum number of people in this training is 10 people. Users who have recent usage needs will be given priority to register, and they will need to complete a practical assessment on the afternoon of the training day.

2. After successful registration, you must attend the training on time. If you are indeed unable to participate due to special reasons, you must contact the instrument administrator at least 1 working day in advance to explain the situation and cancel the application. If you are absent without reason, your training registration qualification within one month will be cancelled.

3. During the use of the instrument, you must strictly abide by the "Flow Cytometry Platform Management Rules" and consciously abide by the regulations of the platform.
