Introduction by the leader of the research group

Researcher Hu Biao is an elite scholar of Jinfeng Laboratory. He has long been engaged in immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology research and anti-tumor drug research and development. He has published 44 papers in professional journals such as "The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine", "Journal of Clinical Investigation", "Journal of Pathology", "American Journal of Pathology", "Journal of Immunology", "Journal of Medicinal Chemistry", "Oncogene", "American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology" and "Journal of Biological Chemistry", and is proficient in translational medical research. Developed multiple clinical lead compounds, applied for multiple international patents and achieved transfer transformation.

Research direction of the research group

1. New drug creation and druggability optimization based on protein degradation technology.

2. Development of targeted drugs for respiratory diseases and translational medicine research.

Job requirements and application conditions

1. Young scholars (2-3 people)

(1) Work content:

Independently or assist the PI to guide postdoctoral fellows and research assistants to carry out relevant scientific research projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

(2) Application conditions:

1. Have obtained a doctorate degree in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or related majors；

2. Generally no more than 40 years old；

3. Published at least 1 high-level SCI paper as the first or corresponding author in the past three years；

4. Familiar with the synthesis of small molecule organic compounds and medicinal chemistry design. Have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, have high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

(3) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

2. Postdoctoral fellows (2-3 persons)

(1) Work content:

Able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of PI/Co-PI.

(2) Application conditions:

1. Have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, basic medicine, biology or bioinformatics or other related majors；

2. Generally no more than 35 years old；

3. As the first author, you have published at least one SCI paper as the first or co-author in the past three years.；

4. Have a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.

(3) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).

3. Scientific research assistant (1 person)

(1) Work content:

Assist in carrying out scientific research projects and completing experiments arranged by PI (drug screening, molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).

(2) Application conditions:

1. Master's degree or above in medicine, basic medicine, biology or bioinformatics or other related majors (candidates with a doctoral degree are preferred, and candidates who have published SCI papers as the first or co-author in the past three years are preferred)；

2. Generally no more than 35 years old；

3. Familiar with medical laboratory management and have solid basic knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment；

4. Have the scientific research level and ability to organize and effectively carry out relevant work that is suitable for the job；

5. Ability to perform project management responsibilities well；

6. Work seriously and rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have service awareness and teamwork spirit.

(3) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).
