1. introduction to jinfeng laboratory

jinfeng laboratory is located on the bank of fengqi lake in chongqing high-tech zone, western science city. it is a strategic scientific and technological force built by chongqing with the efforts of the whole city and a new r&d institution with independent legal personality. the laboratory covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a construction area of ​​135,000 square meters, supporting construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of fengqi lake park.

2. introduction to the research group

the research group has long been engaged in basic and translational research on stem cells and tissue engineering. the leader of the project has successively won the national science fund for excellent youth, the chief of the young scientist project of the national key r&d program, and the chongqing outstanding youth award. the person in charge of the "stem cells and tissue regeneration" innovative research group in chongqing universities, chongqing talents and leading talents, serves as the leading expert of the chongqing young expert studio, and was selected as a reserve candidate for chongqing's academic and technical leaders. formulated registration standards for tissue engineering products and obtained the national class iii medical device registration and inspection certificate. he has extensive experience in gmp process formulation and preclinical safety and effectiveness evaluation.

3. research direction of the research group

(1) stem cells and tissue regeneration. combining new biomedical materials and stem cell treatment technology, using bioinformatics, spatial single-cell transcriptome sequencing, gene editing, genetic lineage tracing technology and other methods, study the regulatory mechanism of proliferation, migration and differentiation of stem cell transplantation on tissue regeneration. stem cell manipulation induces the orderly reconstruction of tissue functions and promotes programmed tissue regeneration.

(2) organ chips and organoids. conduct research around the regulation of multiple tissues by the reconstruction of vascular nerve function. by establishing in vitro models such as organ chips and organoids, we study the interaction between blood vessels and nerves, reveal the molecular mechanism of vascular nerve units in promoting the repair and regeneration of multiple organs, and create stem cell functions. and standardized evaluation systems for therapeutic applications.

(3) r&d of stem cell and tissue engineering related products. facing application directions such as vascular reconstruction, wound tissue repair, stem cell function evaluation, and drug evaluation, carry out research and development of related stem cell and tissue engineering products, such as multifunctional bioartificial blood vessels, wound repair smart microneedles, regenerable sensing sutures, and high-throughput organ chips, nanomedicines, bioadhesives, stem cells and exosome products, etc.

4. job requirements and application conditions

(1) associate researcher/assistant researcher (2-3 people)

1. job content: assist pi to guide postdoctoral fellows and scientific research assistants to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

2. application requirements: applicants who have obtained a doctoral degree in medicine, biology, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, materials science, chemistry and other related majors will be considered mainly if they have experience in organoid-related research. the age is generally not more than 40 years old. have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

3. work location: jinfeng laboratory (full-time).

(2) postdoctoral fellows (3-5 people)

1. work content: able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of pi.

2. application requirements: applicants must have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in medicine, biology, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, materials science, chemistry and other related majors, and should generally be no more than 35 years old. have a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.

3. work location: jinfeng laboratory (full-time).

(3) scientific research assistant (2-3 people)

1. job content: assist in carrying out scientific research projects and completing experiments arranged by the pi (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).

2. application requirements: master's degree or above in medicine, biology, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, materials science, chemistry and other related majors (doctoral degree is preferred), age is generally no more than 35 years old. be familiar with medical laboratory management, have solid basic knowledge of professional experimental instruments and equipment, have the scientific research level suitable for your job and the ability to organize and effectively carry out related work, and be able to perform project management responsibilities well. be serious and rigorous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have service awareness and teamwork spirit.
