1. introduction to jinfeng laboratory

jinfeng laboratory is located on the bank of fengqi lake in chongqing high-tech zone, western science city. it is a strategic scientific and technological force created by chongqing with the efforts of the whole city and a new r&d institution with independent legal personality. the laboratory covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a construction area of ​​135,000 square meters, supporting construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of fengqi lake park.

the laboratory's overall positioning is to create a "new model" for chongqing laboratories and a "new force" for national laboratories. it takes the next generation diagnosis of major diseases as its core task, and takes original theoretical innovation and theoretical breakthroughs in "stuck neck" technology as its primary goals. it is accelerating its construction into a comprehensive research base, a highland for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements, a high-end scientific and technological resource collection area, and a pioneer area for scientific and technological system reform.

2. research direction of the research group

(1) plasticity of hematopoietic microenvironment homeostasis and disease states. the research focuses on key cell types in the hematopoietic microenvironment (such as mesenchymal stem cells, vascular endothelial cells, etc.), and uses technologies such as single cell omics atlas and lineage tracing mouse models to deeply explore their role in normal physiology or pathology (such as : leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc.); reveal the impact of cell "temporal" transformation on the plasticity of the hematopoietic microenvironment.

(2) transplantation immunity and cell therapy. the research focuses on optimizing the efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells and car-t/nk. based on the early multi-omics map screening, it uses technologies such as gene editing, organoids, and mouse disease models to develop treatments for transplant complications and malignant hematology. cells or treatments that are more effective for diseases such as tumors.

(3) bioinformatics application and development. focusing on the integrated analysis, algorithm development, graphic visualization, disease knowledge base, etc. of the multi-omics big data of the blood disease map (including single-cell multi-omics, spatial omics, epiomics, etc.), we will conduct in-depth research and development of decision-making intelligence, deep learning, distributed computing framework construction, etc., support the informatization research of related projects of the research group.

3. job requirements and application conditions

(1) associate researcher/assistant researcher (1-2 people)

(2) postdoctoral fellows (3-5 people)

1. work content: able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of pi.

2. application requirements: those who have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, basic medicine and related majors, and are generally not more than 35 years old. have a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.

(3) scientific research assistant (3-5 people)

1. job content: assist in carrying out scientific research projects and completing experiments arranged by the pi (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).

2. application requirements: master's degree or above in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, basic medicine and other related majors (ph.d. preferred), age generally no more than 35 years old. be familiar with medical laboratory management, have solid basic knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment, have the scientific research level suitable for your job and the ability to organize and effectively carry out related work, and be able to perform project management responsibilities well. be serious and rigorous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have service awareness and teamwork spirit.
