Introduction to the speaker

Wei Chen , Associate Researcher at Bioinformatics, Southwest BGI Institute of Life Sciences, PhD in Genomics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The main research direction is tumor immune microenvironment research based on spatio-temporal omics. The relevant research results were published as the first author (including common) in journals such as Nature Medicine, Cancer Cell, and were selected as the 2022 Cell Publishing House Life Science China Annual Paper.

Lecture introduction

This lecture will share the latest progress of BGI in spatio-temporal and cellomics, focus on the core applications of single-cell and spatio-temporal and spatial-temporal and cell-resolution in tumor research, analyze how this technology breaks through the spatial and cell resolution limitations of traditional research, help scientific research and clinical practitioners quickly grasp the key to technical application, and provide ideas for project design and transformation research.
