Conference essay contests and poster exchanges (online submission of the website)

1. Conference essay contest

For the areas covered by the conference (scientific research on stem cells, clinical transformation, ethical norms and other related fields), the paper abstracts are collected and included in the conference paper abstract collection. Summary needs to be uploaded through the conference website, and the deadline is September 15, 2025 (inclusive).

Abstract format: including title, author name, unit, city, abstract content, keywords, corresponding author contact information, etc. The word count of each abstract is controlled within 600 words, both in Chinese and English.

2. Poster exchange

The content of the poster should comply with the academic theme of the conference. Please use the Poster template provided by the conference website (data download office), make it in a unified format and upload it, and print it and post it by the conference organizing committee. The deadline for submission of posters is September 15, 2025 (inclusive). In order to encourage participants to actively participate in the exchange, this conference has an oral forum for posters and excellent posters selection:

(1) Poster oral forum: Contributors can voluntarily choose whether to participate in the forum. Screening the poster, whose author representative (for students and postdoctoral only) can do two minutes of flash Talk, tells the main research content and results. After evaluation by the forum judges, the top three can be qualified for oral reports from the sub-venue six (Youth Forum) for 10 minutes. The oral forum on the wall poster is October 10, 2025 8:30-10:00. The time of the branch venue Six (Youth Forum) is from 8:30 to 12:00 on October 12, 2025.

(2) Selection of posters: A total of 20 excellent posters were selected, and the judges were members of the Stem Cell Branch and announced at the closing ceremony. Excellent posters can obtain RMB 500 and excellent posters certificates.

3. Things to note

Those who submit summary and posters must pay the meeting registration fee before September 15, 2025 (inclusive). Those who fail to pay the registration fee on time will not be included or posted in the summary of the paper and poster submitted.

1. The above charging standards shall be subject to the actual payment time, and the new fee standards shall be implemented after the deadline.

2. Payment methods: online payment (recommended), bank remittance, on-site payment. Representatives who remittance through the bank are advised to promptly send the remittance voucher and payer information to the financial email address of the conference group to the financial email address of the conference group at treasure@cscb.org.cn for verification and inquiries.

3. Any delegates who have paid the fees cannot attend the meeting for some reason may submit a written application to the conference before September 10, 2025 (inclusive), and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the 200 yuan handling fee. There will be no refunds after September 10, 2025.

4. Invoice collection: The payment before the meeting is confirmed successfully, and the electronic invoice will be sent to the registered email within two weeks before the meeting ； After successful on-site payment, the electronic invoice will be sent to the registered email within two weeks of the end of the meeting. Representatives (including members of the society) who issue invoices shall register and pay according to the company representatives. The electronic invoice header tax number is the header tax number filled in when registering.
