Instrument Introduction: The device is a high-performance, fully automatic, inverted, multi-channel fluorescence and transmission light imaging system equipped with a high-sensitivity monochrome camera dedicated to fluorescence imaging and quantification and a high-resolution color camera for bright field imaging, which can achieve rapid orifice scanning, live cell imaging, automatic focus, fast electric stage and automated routine operations, shorten experimental time, achieve high throughput, high data quality and better experimental repeatability.

Main parameters:

1. Dual camera system: monochrome high sensitivity research-grade CMOS camera, high resolution color research-grade CMOS camera；

2. New optical cubic light source: more than 20 replaceable fluorescent optical cubic light sources；

3. Multi-mode autofocus system: autofocus that relies on large structures, autofocus that relies on small structures, autofocus that relies on small highlights, autofocus that optimizes fluorescence channel, and bright field autofocus.；

2. After successful registration, you must participate in the training on time. If you are unable to participate due to special reasons, you must contact the instrument administrator one working day in advance to explain the situation and cancel the application. Those who are absent without reason will not be eligible for training registration within one month.

3. During the use of the instrument, all the platform regulations must be strictly observed.
