introduction to the research team leader
researcher liu zongzhi, an elite scholar in jinfeng laboratory, is good at integrating multimodal data in large cohorts. he has long been committed to research on tumor immunity and infection immunity, systematically analyzes the immune reprogramming mechanism and combines ai algorithms to identify precise intervention targets. in recent years, 14 papers have been published in international authoritative journals such as "molecular cancer" and "nature communications", including 11 first authors, co-first authors or corresponding authors, with the highest impact factor of a single article of 41.443. as a backbone of the project, it completed five research projects including national tasks, national key r&d plans, major special projects of the ministry of science and technology, and the pilot program of the chinese academy of sciences. the results have successively won many honors such as high impact article (2021), top download article (2022), and the chinese academy of medical sciences annual science and technology innovation award (2024). he has translated one monograph and participated in the transformation of one international pct patent (total conversion amount is 15.3 million yuan). related studies have initially achieved clinical transformation.
research direction of the research group
the research team currently focuses on the brain immune microenvironment, and cooperates deeply with academician bian xiuwu's team to systematically carry out two major research directions:
1. explore the space-time dynamic mechanism of immune reprogramming of brain glioma and draw high-precision spatial maps;
2. explore the mechanism of immune barrier damage caused by infection and identify potential clinical intervention targets.
job requirements and application requirements
1. young scholars (2-3) and postdoctoral fellows (2)
(i) work content:
1. analyze the multi-level mechanism of immune reprogramming and explore its spatial and temporal evolution characteristics with disease progression;
2. develop deep learning and ai algorithms to realize efficient feature extraction and clinical prediction of multimodal data.
(ii) application conditions:
1. have a doctorate degree in biology, bioinformatics, computer science, artificial intelligence and other related majors. young researchers with postdoctoral experience are preferred, and the age is generally not over 35 years old.
2. master the analysis process of single-cell and spatial transcriptome data, and have experience in integrating multi-omics analysis; those with experience in deep learning and ai algorithms are preferred;
3. publish no less than 2 original papers, of which at least 1 is a jcr district 1 paper.
4. love scientific research and have a good team spirit.
(iii) work location: chongqing or beijing.
2. bioinformatics engineers and algorithm engineers (2-3 people)
(i) work content:
1. build a multimodal analysis framework to complete the entire process from the original data to the final analysis results;
2. develop and optimize multimodal machine learning models and build an ai-driven prediction system.
(ii) application conditions:
1. master's degree or above, age not exceeding 35 years old;
2. related professional backgrounds such as biology, bioinformatics, computer science, etc.; able to independently design and deploy automated analysis pipelines; proficient in programming languages such as linux and r and python. those with experience in integrating multiomic data such as genome, transcriptome, single-cell, etc. are preferred.
3. publish no less than 1 original work.
(iii) work location: chongqing or beijing.
