in july, mingyue lake laboratory was officially unveiled on the shore of mingyue lake in liangjiang new district. focusing on core areas such as new energy storage materials and high-performance lightweight materials, the laboratory will integrate domestic and foreign advantageous scientific and technological resources to create a highland for innovation in new materials.

in fact, since its establishment and unveiling in november 2024, mingyuehu laboratory has made many major progress in innovation platforms, talent teams, and industry-university-research cooperation.

on the day of the unveiling, mingyuehu laboratory also signed contracts with leading enterprises, industry associations and scientific research institutes inside and outside the city, including selis, baosteel metal, china aluminum high-end, changan automobile, and other leading enterprises, industry associations and research institutes, and jointly carried out cooperation in advanced materials research and development, high-end equipment manufacturing, innovation platform construction, and industry standard formulation.

laboratories are an important part of the urban innovation system, and chongqing laboratories are also the "top star" in chongqing's science and technology industry. in recent years, chongqing has focused on the major national strategic needs and the construction of four major science and technology innovation highlands. in accordance with the principle of "maturity one, promotion one", it has coordinated and laid out the construction of four chongqing laboratories from the municipal level and top-down, giving full play to its leading and driving role, and promoting the gradual improvement of scientific and technological support capabilities for high-quality development, and moving towards deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.

jinfeng laboratory focuses on the research on "next generation diagnosis of major diseases" with pathological diagnosis as the core, organically integrating the disciplines of test and imaging, and is the first in the world to propose and implement the "pathological phenotype scientific plan" to promote the iteration from "experienced medical treatment" to "smart disease calculation".

jialingjiang laboratory focuses on research on key core technologies and industrial application in seven aspects, including digital and intelligent bases, key components, instruments and optoelectronic chips, and has carried out in-depth cooperation between industry, academia and research with many companies in the fields of intelligent robots, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent connected vehicles, etc.

mingyuehu laboratory took the lead in approving the china federation of industry, academic and research magnesium solid-state hydrogen storage materials joint laboratory and china's new energy storage materials and equipment collaborative innovation platform; and accelerated the promotion of industry, academia and research cooperation with companies such as cialis, baowu magnesium industry. among them, the world's largest integrated die-cast magnesium alloy rear body for mass production released by cialis is the "representative work" of mingyuehu laboratory and cialis' "two-way" rushing".

nowadays, the three major chongqing laboratories have successively made their leading and driving roles increasingly prominent.

to give full play to the supporting role of high-level innovation platforms in gathering high-end innovation resources, serving major strategic needs, and seizing the commanding heights of scientific and technological innovation, chongqing has also accelerated the construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure such as ultra-transient experimental devices, started the construction of three cutting-edge technology cross-research institutes, reorganized and formed 11 national key laboratories, and built a total of 1,296 scientific and technological innovation base platforms at the municipal level or above, of which the four major science and technology innovation highland science and technology innovation platforms account for 51.4%. today, high-level innovation platforms have gathered together to provide hard-core support for the construction of science and technology innovation centers.

at the same time, high-level colleges and universities are also accelerating their development. the top 1% of the world's esi disciplines have increased to 82, of which 9 disciplines have entered the top 1‰ and 1 discipline has entered the top 10,000. 179 new r&d institutions have been built, including 39 well-known universities and research institutions such as the chinese academy of sciences, peking university, beijing institute of technology, china machinery industry group, china aerospace science and technology group, and central enterprises have been introduced to chongqing to build new r&d institutions.

focusing on the most urgent issues, chongqing has accelerated the implementation of the "5+8" major (key) special projects, namely five major special projects: artificial intelligence, high-end devices and chips, advanced manufacturing, biomedicine, and core software, as well as eight key special projects such as new materials, modern seed industry, and ecological environment. based on the "four aspects", it is guided by the major technical needs of the industry and industries, and focuses on solving the shortcomings and weaknesses of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, and constantly explores and improves organized scientific and technological innovation, strengthens the coordination and organization of scientific and technological resources, and promotes the accelerated integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.

in this regard, china automobile research and research, in conjunction with changan, cialis, chongqing university, hunan university chongqing research institute and other units, undertakes the major core software special project "research and tool development of automobile electronic software code quality control technology" project, and develops efficient and reliable software code quality control tools to address the common key problems brought by software-defined automobiles.

with the breakthroughs in many key technologies, the team has completed the integrated development of four tools: coding rule scanning, code quality measurement, defect analysis and security vulnerability scanning, and dynamic unit testing, realizing the complete replacement of mainstream commercial software functions in the industry. these tools have been successively applied to the software development of many mass-produced models of changan and selis, helping to significantly improve the quality of enterprise software code.
