4. Procurement content: Procure a batch of cloud network security services, which lasts 1 year. See the table below for details:

5. Total project limit price: RMB 182,338.20 (capital: RMB 182,338.20), the total quotation price shall not be higher than the limit price.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Qualification conditions for Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:

1. Have the ability to bear civil liability independently;

2. Have good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

3. Have the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

5. Within three years before participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in business activities;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Article 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or legal person certificate of public institution. Only a business license is provided if the three certificates are integrated. If the supplier is a branch, he or she must obtain a letter of authorization. The head office can only authorize one branch to bid, and the head office shall not participate in bidding with the branch after issuing the authorization. (2) Have experience in cloud security services, provide cases related to cloud security services in the past three years, provide contract key pages and stamp with supplier seal.

(3) In order to ensure business continuity, the invested products must be protected and operated normally on the Jinfeng Laboratory cloud platform and meet the technical parameters listed in the attachment. If cloud business migration is involved, the migration time will be completed within 3 natural days. The migration environment and the costs incurred by the migration shall be borne by the winning bidder. Provide a letter of commitment and stamped with the supplier's seal. If the requirements cannot be met, the contract will not be performed according to the false bid.

The supplier should send the quotation list and related attachments (need to be stamped with official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email panjianyu@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. Those who have not quoted before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.
