Lecture introduction

As an important resource for clinical research, FFPE samples have always faced key technical bottlenecks such as RNA degradation and crosslink damage. This lecture will systematically introduce the important breakthroughs made by M20 Genomics in the field of FFPE single-cell sequencing. Through detailed data comparison, the technology's significant advantages in gene detection number, data stability, etc. M20 Genomics will focus on sharing practical application experience in FFPE single-cell sequencing, including processing solutions for different tissue types, standardized evaluation of quality control processes, analysis of difficult problems, as well as characteristic analysis of lncRNA, virus sequences, and multiomic analysis strategies. At the same time, we will share and look forward to the transformation and application and prospects of FFPE single-cell sequencing in the fields of precision medicine, drug research and development, and provide researchers in related fields with new technical ideas and research directions.
