1. Basic project situation

1. Project name: Integrated service of temperature control photoelectric integrated living cell observation system

2. Project location: Jinfeng Laboratory

3. Purchase method: Inquiry

4. Payment method: After the contract is signed, pay 50% of the service fee； After the development is completed and the acceptance standards are met, the remaining 50% will be paid.

5. Procurement content: Integrate two sets of temperature control and photoelectric integrated living cell observation systems to achieve temperature control and perform imaging quality verification of imaging chips. See the table below for details:

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Qualification conditions for Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China:

1. Have the ability to bear civil liability independently;

2. Have good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

3. Have the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

5. Within three years before participating in government procurement activities, there were no major illegal records in business activities;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Note: Article 1 requires a business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or legal person certificate of public institution. Only a business license is provided if the three certificates are integrated.； See the statement for details of paragraphs 2-6.

(II) Have experience in integrating related project development at least once. Provide a copy of the contract or inspection report.

3. Inquiry schedule

1. Inquiry release time: 10:00 on August 6, 2025

2. Inquiry deadline: 10:00 on August 8, 2025

The supplier should send the quotation list and related attachments (need to be stamped with official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email before the inquiry deadline. chennanxi@jflab.com.cn , those who have not quoted before the inquiry deadline are deemed to have automatically given up.

Related attachments are as follows:

(1) A copy of the business license or other certification documents of the organization;

(2) A copy of the ID card of the legal representative or the person in charge of the non-legal person organization;

(3) The authorized person must upload a copy of the legal person's authorization letter and his/her ID card and stamp it with the official seal (provided when the quotation is the authorized person);

(4) Quotation list;

(5) Proof of experience in project development integration.
