Have you also been troubled by these problems when conducting Western Blot experiments: How to adjust the bands with weird shapes of "smile" or "frown"? The entire membrane is full of signals and the non-specific background interference is serious. Where should we check it? The efficiency of the film conversion or uneven distribution is low. What are the omissions in operating details hidden behind it? The overall strip is as fuzzy as porridge. Is there something wrong with the sample processing or is the instrument parameter setting improper? When exposed, it is always difficult to present clearly both deep and shallow strips?
In response to the confusions that are often encountered in these experiments, Jinfeng Laboratory will hold a lecture integrating theoretical training on western blot technology and practical training of fully automatic multicolor fluorescence imaging analysis system instruments to help scientific researchers improve the quality of western blot results.
Theoretical training
A comprehensive explanation will be given on the basic principles, experimental procedures, and core contents such as the basic principles of western blotting technology, as well as common problems and solutions. At the same time, we will conduct an in-depth and easy-to-understand analysis of western blotting technology based on specific experimental cases. Help scientific researchers to understand experimental principles more thoroughly and solve experimental problems more efficiently.
Instrument practice training
A combination of on-site demonstration and real-time Q&A is used to help scientific researchers become familiar with the various functional characteristics and operating skills of the instrument. This link will focus on guiding everyone to carry out key operations such as standardized loading of instruments, high-quality image acquisition and accurate data analysis, laying a solid foundation for everyone to independently and skillfully use the system to carry out experimental testing work and improve the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.
