2. introduction to the research group

professor xie peng's research group is based at the forefront of medical science and mainly conducts basic and clinical research on health issues such as depression, neuropsychiatric diseases and intestinal microorganisms, cerebrovascular diseases, and emerging viral infectious diseases of the central nervous system. as the chief unit, it undertakes a total of 48 projects such as the “973” plan of the ministry of science and technology, key research and development plans, and international cooperation projects of the national natural science foundation, with a cumulative scientific research funding of 70 million yuan. as the corresponding author, he published 406 sci papers in new england, the lancet and other journals, with the highest impact factor of a single article being 91.25. the total number of sci citations was 10,425 times, and the highest number of sci citations for a single article was 1,451. the research results have won 1 second prize of the national science and technology progress award, 1 first prize of the chinese medical science and technology award, 1 first prize of the chongqing natural science award, 1 first prize of the chongqing science and technology progress award, 7 authorized invention patents, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. 20 million yuan. the research results have rewritten the u.s. fda's drug guidance specifications, and the results have been included in the 2016 "china medical science and technology development report" of the chinese academy of medical sciences, the 2019 "scientific development report" of the chinese academy of sciences, and 7 international authoritative guidelines.

3. research direction of the research group

(1) construction and application of brain molecular network maps and clinical diagnosis systems for neuropsychiatric diseases: through transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics technology, combined with bioinformatics method analysis, discover disease change patterns and key pathogenic molecules, and screen potential diagnostic markers provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

(2) research on the interaction mechanism between neuropsychiatric diseases and intestinal microorganisms: explore the relationship between intestinal microorganisms and major brain diseases, discover key strains specific to the disease, and explore the interaction mechanism between the two.

4. job requirements and application conditions
