jinfeng pathology precision diagnosis center is committed to building the world's top diagnostic platform, organically integrating imaging, testing and clinical features based on pathology, making full use of multi-omics data and artificial intelligence technology, and applying the latest research results of jinfeng laboratory to front-line clinical practice has truly established itself as the source of “next generation diagnostic technology for major diseases”. the center is located in building 6 of jinfeng laboratory, with a construction area of ​​2,200 square meters. it will be inaugurated and put into use on september 13, 2024. the center focuses on the two major business positions of "difficulties" and "innovation", providing mdt remote consultation, innovative diagnostic technology services, diagnostic quality control and other services. it has taken the lead in china to carry out multi-modal ai intelligent assisted diagnosis of brain glioma, central nervous system innovative businesses such as tumor whole genome dna methylation chip detection. it now has more than 150 domestic first-class diagnostic equipment (sets), divided into three functional areas: routine pathology, molecular pathology, and remote diagnosis. it has more than 100 testing service capabilities, basically covering the main business processes of pathology and testing.

(2) recruitment positions and requirements

1. pathology technical post 1

1.1 work content

(1) responsible for routine pathology specimen collection and recording, pathological histology, cytology, immunohistochemistry staining and preparation, pathological instrument maintenance, and pathology room biosafety work;

(2) operate various experiments according to the requirements of experimental standards and specifications, and carefully keep experimental records;

(3) complete experimental tasks on time, with high quality and quantity, carefully write experimental reports, report experiments and work progress regularly, and communicate with relevant personnel in a timely manner to deal with problems that arise during work;

(4) responsible for the daily management, cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory;

(5) complete other tasks assigned by superiors and the center.

1.2 job requirements

(1) educational requirements: full-time undergraduate degree or above (full-time master’s degree or above is preferred). those with more than 3 years of experience in pathological technology may reduce the academic requirements appropriately;

(2) qualification requirements: possess health professional and technical qualifications;

(3) professional fields: priority will be given to those with pathology and other related professionals;

(4) other requirements: strong work initiative and sense of responsibility, patient and careful, eager to learn, practical and stable, with good communication skills and teamwork skills.

2. pathology technical post 2

2.1 work content

(1) engage in molecular pathological biology experiments, such as fluorescence in situ hybridization, real-time fluorescence pcr, first-generation sequencing, second-generation sequencing, routine pathological sections and staining;

(2) responsible for writing and managing molecular experimental instruments and experimental sops;

(3) operate various experiments according to the requirements of experimental standards and specifications, and carefully keep experimental records;

(4) complete experimental tasks on time, with high quality and quantity, and write experimental reports carefully;

(5) regularly report experiments and work progress, and promptly communicate with relevant personnel to deal with problems that arise during work;

(6) responsible for the daily management, cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory;

(7) complete other tasks assigned by superiors and the center.

2.2 job requirements

(1) educational requirements: those with a full-time master’s degree or above and more than 3 years of experience in molecular pathology technology may reduce the academic requirements appropriately;

(2) qualification requirements: after training in molecular biology techniques such as pcr, and obtaining a job certificate, priority will be given to molecular pathology medical techniques;

(3) professional fields: those who have graduated from biomedical sciences and mastered molecular-related experimental techniques;
