in order to strengthen the construction of laboratory talent team and optimize the personnel structure, we are now recruiting one executive director of jinfeng pathological precision diagnosis center, one senior director of public technology platform and one senior director of scientific research human resources.

 

1. recruitment positions and requirements

(1) executive director of jinfeng pathological precision diagnosis center

1.job responsibilities

(1) coordinate the daily operation and management of the center;

(2) coordinate the center’s external exchanges and cooperation;

(3) take the lead in completing the center’s annual performance goals;

(4) complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory.

2.job requirements

(1) have been engaged in medical services focusing on diagnosis for more than 10 years, and have worked in management positions for more than 5 years;

(2) be familiar with relevant policies and regulations and industry development status, and have rich industry resources and connections;

(3) strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, coordination, communication and pressure resistance, and outstanding past performance in the industry;

(4) have a sense of pioneering and innovative spirit, and be able to promote the clinical application of innovative diagnostic technologies.

3. remuneration package

starting from 500,000/year (before tax).


(2) senior director of public technology platform

1.job responsibilities

(1) coordinate the operation and management of public technology platforms;

(2) coordinate the public technology platform’s external services, exchanges and cooperation;

(3) take the lead in completing the annual performance targets for the operation of public technology platforms;

(4) complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory.

2.job requirements

(1) obtained a doctoral degree in biology or medicine;

(2) have more than 10 years of working experience in high-level innovation platforms, and more than 5 years of working experience in management positions;

(3) possess advanced professional and technical qualification certificates, be familiar with technology trends and cutting-edge developments in life and health and cross-field fields, and be able to formulate technology platform development plans and implementation plans based on actual needs;

(4) strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, coordination, communication and pressure resistance, and outstanding past performance in the industry;

(5) have a sense of pioneering and innovative spirit, and be able to continuously expand the application scenarios of technology platforms.

3. remuneration package

starting from 500,000/year (before tax).


(3) senior director of scientific research human resources

1.job responsibilities

(1) responsible for the introduction of high-level scientific and technological talents;

(2) responsible for expanding domestic and overseas channels for the introduction of scientific and technological talents;

(3) complete the annual performance goals of introducing high-level scientific and technological talents to the laboratory;

(4) complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory.

2.job requirements

(1) human resources management and other related majors;

(2) have more than 10 years of experience in human resources work in life health and related fields in well-known universities, scientific research institutions, and medical institutions;

(3) understand international talent flow trends, be familiar with talent policies, and have rich industry resources and network channels;

(4) strong sense of responsibility, excellent coordination, communication and pressure resistance, and outstanding performance in recruiting talents in the past;

(5) have a sense of pioneering and innovative spirit, and be able to continuously expand talent recruitment channels and innovate talent recruitment methods;

(6) fluent in english and able to use it as a working language.

starting from 400,000/year (before tax).
