1. job responsibilities

(1) carry out scientific research work under the guidance of the research team, complete scientific research tasks related to the project, and write and publish high-level papers;

(2) assist in applying for the national natural science foundation and municipal projects or apply for postdoctoral science funds as the person in charge;

(3) assist and guide the scientific research work of the research assistants of the research group;

(4) complete other tasks assigned by the pi or laboratory.

2. job requirements

(1) the applicant has good political quality and moral cultivation, abides by laws and regulations, and has no bad records;

(2) have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree at home or abroad (no more than 3 years after graduation);

(3) life sciences, basic medicine, clinical medicine, biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, immunology, materials chemistry, analytical chemistry, laboratory science, molecular biology, systems biology, computers and other related majors;

(4) aged no more than 35 years old, possessing both good character and academic performance, good physical and mental health, a broad scientific vision, keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, being down-to-earth and hard-working, and possessing a dedicated and innovative spirit;

(5) have strong research capabilities, have achieved good research results during the doctoral period, and published more than 2 high-level papers as the first or corresponding author in internationally renowned academic journals and academic conferences;

6. have good english literature reading and writing skills.

3. main guarantee support

(1) salary and benefits

annual salary is 200,000-500,000 yuan (before tax).

▲full-time postdocs who are approved by the laboratory’s postdoctoral directional training plan will receive training subsidies within the support period on the basis of annual basic salary and daily funding. the total amount of support issued each year during the support period is 400,000-700,000 yuan (before tax). among them: basic salary of 200,000-500,000 yuan (determined according to the salary standard when joining), postdoctoral daily subsidy of 100,000 yuan, and training subsidy of 100,000 yuan.

▲postdocs who are recommended by the laboratory to be included in the "chongqing postdoctoral innovative talent support plan" can be allocated support funds by the laboratory. the total amount of support issued each year during the support period is 600,000-900,000 yuan (before tax). among them: basic salary of 200,000-500,000 yuan, postdoctoral daily subsidy of 100,000 yuan, and training subsidy of 300,000 yuan. .

(2) other services and guarantees

the laboratory assists talents in actively applying for various national and municipal talent plans (projects) and the "golden phoenix" talent support policy of the western (chongqing) science city, and provides corresponding support in terms of housing security, children's education, salary incentives, health services, etc. support initiatives.
