1. job responsibilities

(1) independently carry out basic research work targeting pi requirements;

(2) independently or assist in applying for scientific research projects, and publish high-level scientific research papers and patent results;

(3) assist the pi to guide postdocs, doctoral students and scientific research assistants to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.;

(4) complete other tasks assigned by the pi or laboratory.

2. job requirements

(1) the applicant has good political quality and moral cultivation, abides by laws and regulations, and has no bad records;

(2) have obtained a doctoral degree in life sciences, biomedicine, basic medicine, bioinformatics, computer science, big data, artificial intelligence and other related majors;

(3) aged no more than 40 years old, have a strong interest in scientific research, have outstanding academic professional ethics, good communication skills and team spirit, be diligent, honest and motivated;

(4) have a high academic level and strong independent scientific research capabilities, achieve good research results during the doctoral or postdoctoral period, and publish high-level papers as the first or corresponding author in internationally renowned academic journals and academic conferences2 articles or more;

(5) have proficient writing and communication skills in chinese and english.

3. main guarantee support

(1) salary and benefits

annual salary is 200,000-500,000 yuan (before tax). full-time phd students who are approved for the independent postdoctoral training plan of the laboratory will receive daily support and training subsidies during the support period on the basis of annual basic salary. the total amount of support issued each year during the support period is 300,000-600,000 yuan (before tax). among them: basic salary of 200,000-500,000 yuan (determined according to the salary standard when joining), daily subsidy of 50,000 yuan, and training subsidy of 50,000 yuan.

the laboratory assists talents in actively applying for various national and municipal talent plans (projects) and the "golden phoenix" talent support policy of the western (chongqing) science city, and provides corresponding support in terms of housing security, children's education, salary incentives, health services, etc. support initiatives.
