suppliers should send the quotation list and relevant attachments (which must be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email address hanxu@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. those who do not quote before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.
the relevant attachments are as follows:
(1) a copy of the business license or other certification documents for the organization;
(2) a copy of the id card of the legal representative or person in charge of the unincorporated organization;
(3) if the contact is an illegal person, a power of attorney from the legal person must be uploaded with the official seal, as well as a copy of the contact’s id card;
