1. introduction to jinfeng laboratory

jinfeng laboratory is a strategic scientific and technological force created by the city to implement the national strategy of building a twin-city economic circle in the chengdu-chongqing region, accelerate the construction of a scientific and technological innovation center with national influence, and is the "number one project" of the western (chongqing) science city. the laboratory covers an area of ​​128 acres, with a construction area of ​​135,000 square meters, supporting construction of 300,000 square meters of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of fengqi lake park.

jinfeng laboratory is a new scientific research institution with independent legal personality and implements a laboratory director responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors. the laboratory takes the next generation diagnosis of major diseases as its core mission, and takes original theoretical innovation and theoretical breakthroughs in "stuck neck" technology as its primary goal. it gathers talents from all over the world, builds a scientific research matrix, carries out organized scientific research, and strives to create an open and hub it will accelerate the construction of a "new model" of chongqing laboratories and a "new force" of national laboratories.

2. research direction of the research group

focus on new tumor targets, develop a new generation of glioma pathological auxiliary diagnostic tools, and study the molecular mechanisms and intervention methods of glioma development and recurrence. focusing on the protein targets that play a key role in the occurrence, development and recurrence of different types of glioma, explore their molecular mechanisms in the progression of glioma, verify their effects through mouse orthotopic models and pdx models, and use different intervention methods and delivery systems (such as aav, aso and exosomes, etc.) to develop effective intervention measures.

3. job requirements and application conditions

(1) associate researcher/assistant researcher (1-2 people)

1. job content: assist pi to guide postdoctoral fellows and scientific research assistants to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

2. application conditions:

(1) have obtained a doctoral degree in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, basic medicine or related majors;

(2) the age is generally not more than 50 years old;

(3) have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, have high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

(2) postdoctoral fellows (2-3 people)

1. work content: able to carry out independent research, conduct experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of pi.

2. application conditions:

(1) have obtained a doctoral degree in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, basic medicine or related majors;

(2) age is generally not more than 35 years old;

(3) have a broad scientific vision, have a keen insight into the frontiers of scientific research, be down-to-earth and hard-working, and have a dedicated and innovative spirit.

3. work location: jinfeng laboratory (full-time).

(3) scientific research assistant (1-2 people)

1. job content: assist in carrying out scientific research projects and completing experiments arranged by the pi (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).

(1) have obtained a master's degree or above (doctoral degree is preferred), majoring in life sciences, computer science, bioinformatics, and basic medicine;

(2) age is generally not more than 35 years old;

(3) be familiar with medical laboratory management and have solid basic knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment;

(4) have the scientific research level and ability to organize and effectively carry out relevant work that is suitable for their own work;

(5) able to perform project management responsibilities well;

(6) work seriously and rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have service awareness and teamwork spirit.
