in order to ensure the smooth development of scientific research work, jinfeng laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the laboratory) plans to recruit a third-party scientific research reagent and consumables procurement service platform to provide reagent and consumable supply services for laboratory scientific research work. qualified suppliers are now invited to participate in market research and registration.

1. participant qualification requirements

1. have the ability to independently bear civil liability;

2. have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

3. now it is an e-commerce platform for purchasing scientific research reagents and consumables;

4. have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

5. in the past three years, there have been no major illegal records in business activities.

(please provide a copy of your valid business license; please provide a copy of the identity certificate of the legal representative or a power of attorney; and a copy of the integrity statement. relevant materials must be stamped with the official seal.)

2. basic requirements

1. participants must have a complete e-commerce platform for reagents and consumables.

2. the platform provided by participants can connect data with the purchaser’s unified identity authentication system to ensure the security of the purchaser’s system and data.

3. it has functions such as procurement, management, and settlement, and can be upgraded and modified for free.

4. it has clear, strict and complete operation authority management and log management functions.

5. it has reliable and secure data backup and recovery functions.

6. participants should have a complete supplier network review mechanism.

7. participants have product quality management mechanisms and price monitoring mechanisms.

(after passing the qualification review, participants can go to the site to demonstrate before the deadline, or demonstrate through an online conference.)

3. registration method

1. registration deadline: before 12:00 on october 18, 2023.

2. qualified and interested suppliers are required to send a scanned pdf version of the company’s qualifications (with official seal) to the email address (tangyuan@jflab.com.cn) within the registration period. the purchaser will review the qualifications first. qualified suppliers are requested to prepare reasonable and effective registration documents based on the basic needs of purchasers. registration documents and attachments can be received on site, by post, or via email after being stamped and scanned.
