jinfeng laboratory is a strategic scientific and technological force created by the chongqing municipal party committee and municipal government in the western (chongqing) science city. it focuses on "next generation diagnosis of major diseases" and carries out original, basic and forward-looking research. chongqing institute of advanced pathology is a high-end research platform established by jinfeng laboratory in the direction of smart pathology. it focuses on "pathological phenotype group" to carry out research on original cutting-edge theories and new technologies for diagnosis and treatment.

in order to accelerate the production of innovative results, better promote clinical applications, and serve the life and health needs of the people, chongqing institute of advanced pathology plans to establish a "pathological phenotype precision diagnosis research and transformation center." the center is positioned as a high-end, integrated, and precise pathological phenotype diagnosis platform for difficult diseases. it plans to rely on multiple molecular detection technologies such as whole-genome dna methylation chip technology, high-throughput gene sequencing technology, pcr, and fish, combined with tissue pathology. , basic diagnosis of cytopathology, and provide difficult patients with disease risk stratification, benign and malignant judgment, and molecular analysis through the telepathology platform. provide integrated diagnostic solutions to meet the needs of type, medication guidance, efficacy evaluation and safety prediction, etc., aiming to create an international advanced difficult pathology consultation platform; at the same time, combined with big data and artificial intelligence technical means, we will carry out research on innovative diagnostic methods to achieve construct and transform the disease pathology phenotype database; innovate the ldt business model and accelerate the clinical transformation and application of innovation results.

in order to accelerate the construction of the center, attract leading domestic and foreign institutions to participate in the construction of the center, and enhance the technical level and sustainable development capabilities of the center, it is planned to openly recruit technical cooperation support institutions.

1. basic conditions

(1) enterprises registered in mainland china, have independent legal person status, and have strong scientific and technological research and development capabilities and conditions;

(2) the applicant unit has not had any major safety production, major quality accidents, serious environmental violations, or scientific research dishonesty this year or the previous year, and has not been included in the list of abnormal business operations or the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises;

(3) the members of the scientific research team of the applicant unit have good integrity, and there are no records of serious untrustworthy behavior in scientific research during the disciplinary execution period or credit "blacklist" records in related social fields;

(4) meet the relevant conditions of the center’s subdivided research fields (please see appendix 1).

2. application process

(1) announcement

this recruitment announcement is released through the official website of jinfeng laboratory and other channels.

(2) registration method

registration will be accepted from the date this announcement is released. please send the electronic version (pdf file) of the "application form for cooperating institutions of the pathological phenotype precision diagnosis research and transformation center" (see attachment 2) to the email address: kjfzb@jflab.ac.cn , the email is named after "pathological phenotype accurate diagnosis research and transformation center + institution name". jinfeng laboratory will organize recruitment evaluation in a timely manner based on the application status.

(3) qualification review

the application materials will be reviewed for qualifications based on the application conditions and the principle of "competitive selection". institutions that have passed the qualification review will enter the evaluation process, and the specific time will be subject to notification. institutions that fail the qualification review will not be notified.

(4) evaluation

jinfeng laboratory holds an evaluation meeting, where representatives from the applicant organization conduct a defense, and the evaluation committee members give evaluation opinions and propose a list of recommended partner institutions.

(5) comprehensive inspection

jinfeng laboratory conducts on-site inspections of the proposed cooperation institutions to further verify the institutions' operating conditions and scientific research capabilities, and negotiate to determine the cooperation model.

(6) determine cooperative institutions

based on the evaluation and comprehensive inspection, the proposed cooperation institution will be submitted to the jinfeng laboratory director's office meeting for review and approval. if there is no objection after 3 working days of public announcement, a cooperation agreement will be signed.

3. support measures

(1) give priority to supporting cooperative institutions and jinfeng laboratory to build joint laboratories;

(2) give priority to supporting both parties’ joint application for national science and technology plan projects;

(3) prioritize support for both parties to jointly apply for medical device and other related qualification certificates.
