To meet the needs of laboratory research, the biomedical imaging platform will carry out operation skills training for flow cytometry analyzers and laser confocal microscopy. Those who have been trained and passed the assessment will be awarded the independent operating qualifications for the corresponding instrument. Those with the qualifications can make an appointment for use during the opening period of the instrument.


Training 1: Flow Cytometry Analyzer

Instrument introduction: This device is a functional device that performs one-by-one, multi-parameter, rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of single-row cells or biological particles in a fast linear flow state. It mainly consists of three parts: a liquid flow system, an optical system and an electronic system. Cell proliferation, apoptosis, cytokines, chemokines, fluorescent proteins, antigen-specific reactions, cellular immunophenotypes, etc. can be qualitatively or quantitatively analyzed, and is widely used in fields such as immunology, molecular biology, oncology, hematology, stem cells, etc.

Main parameters:

1. 5 lasers are configured: 355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 640 nm. Up to 18 color analysis and 20 parameter detection can be performed simultaneously;

2. After successful registration, you must participate in the training on time. If you are unable to participate due to special reasons, you must contact the instrument administrator in advance to explain the situation and cancel the application. Those who are absent without reason will not be eligible for training registration within one month.

3. During the use of the instrument, the "Flow Cell Platform Management Rules" must be strictly followed and consciously abide by the various platform regulations.

Equipment features: This device is used to obtain high-definition, high-resolution confocal fluorescence images, including careful observation of morphological changes and internal microstructure of tissues or cells at the cell and subcellular levels.; Tomography on the sample can be performed to realize the reconstruction and analysis of the three-dimensional spatial structure of tissue or cell ; And monitor the dynamic changes in the concentration of important ions, etc.

1. Achromatic objective: flat field achromatic dry mirror 5×, NA: 0.16; Flat field achromatic dry mirror 10×, NA: 0.45 ; Flat field achromatic dry mirror 20×, NA: 0.8 ; Flat field achromatic dry mirror 40×, NA: 0.95 ; Flat field achromatic oil mirror 63×, NA: 1.4 ;
