On June 13, Jinfeng Laboratory held a warning and education meeting for learning and education in depth implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations. The meeting invited Cai Wenhua, professor of the Municipal Party School, to give a special lecture. Li Tianan, secretary of the Laboratory Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. A total of 95 members of the laboratory team, representatives of various special working groups and scientific research teams attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Professor Cai Wenhua gave a special lecture on six aspects, including "Seriously implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations", and systematically interpreted General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on strengthening the Party's work style construction in the new era, the nature and core of work style issues, the eight central regulations are the entry point for improving work style, the need to continue to deepen the rectification of the "four winds", adhere to the integration of work style rectification, discipline and anti-corruption, and work style construction is an eternal topic. He systematically interpreted General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on strengthening the Party's work style construction, deeply analyzed the connotation of the Party's work style construction, and provided good guidance on the laboratory to promote the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations.

Secretary Li Tianan summarized the achievements of learning and education and deployed and arranged the next step of work with the theme of "Solidly carry out learning and education in thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations and providing strong work style guarantees for the high-quality development of the laboratory." He pointed out that since the development of learning and education, the laboratory has attached great importance to it, regarding learning and education as an important political task, and promoting learning and investigation and rectification in an integrated manner. During this period, through the combined action of the top and bottom, the Party Committee team took the lead in learning, the Party branch of the operation team and the Party branch of the scientific research team were in-depth study, and all ordinary party members studied; the Party Committee investigated and identified problems through careful self-inspection, in-depth investigation, open doors and accept advice, and implemented targeted policies, further optimized the work system, improved the quality of scientific research project management, service and guarantee, adhered to strict economies, and continuously improved the style of meetings, etc., solved the urgent and difficult problems of scientific researchers, and effectively promoted the sensible and accessible learning and education.

Secretary Li Tianan emphasized that the next step of the laboratory should work hard to promote learning, investigation and rectification in an integrated manner. First, continue to strengthen learning and education, and consciously enhance ideological and behavioral awareness; second, benchmark key issues and verify and correct them to ensure source governance and long-term governance; third, resolutely eliminate illegal food and drinks, and combine actual conditions to emphasize dinner parties that are not allowed to attend and places that are not allowed to go to, and resolutely resist "corruption on the tip of the tongue"; fourth, continue to strengthen open door education, actively solicit opinions and suggestions from scientific researchers and employees, and continuously improve work style; fifth, continue to strengthen investigation and research, insist on going deep into the front line of the laboratory, see the actual situation, observe the actual situation, and do practical things; sixth, adhere to "two-handed" and "two promotions", and effectively promote the high-quality development of the laboratory with the results of learning and education.
