(V) Budget amount: 100,000 yuan.

(VI) The quotation includes all tools and equipment costs, taxes, freight costs, and installation costs, and the total costs are included in the budget amount.

2. Supplier qualification requirements

(1) Professional contracting qualifications for electrical and mechanical installation engineering in construction level 3 or above.

(2) The business license is within the validity period.

3. Inquiry schedule

(1) Inquiry release time: 12:00 on May 28, 2025.

(2) Inquiry deadline: 12:00 on May 30, 2025.

The supplier shall send the quotation list and related attachments (need to be stamped with official seal and scanned in color) to the contact email kangqian@jflab.ac.cn before the inquiry deadline. Those who have not quoted before the inquiry deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.

The decompression password of the compressed packet will be sent to the contact email kangqian@jflab.ac.cn within 30 minutes after the inquiry deadline. If the decompression password is not sent within 30 minutes, it will be deemed to be automatically given up.

Related attachments are as follows:

1. A copy of the business license or other certification documents of the organization;

2. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative or the person in charge of the non-legal person organization;

3. When the contact person is a non-legal person, you must upload the legal person's power of attorney and stamp it with the official seal, and a copy of the contact person's ID card;

4. Other requirements

(I) Acceptance and delivery

1. Quantity acceptance

The supplier must ship the goods in the quantity specified in the contract, and confirm by both parties at the purchaser's domicile or the delivery location designated by the purchaser with a delivery note (including variety, weight, etc.). The actual quantity of goods received shall be subject to the final confirmation on site.

2. Quality acceptance

The purchaser shall inspect the goods according to the original manufacturer's technical standards. If the site needs to be installed, the door-to-door installation service must be provided. The software must also provide a copy of the software product certificate of "operation and maintenance software, management software, and monitoring software" and a copy of the software function inspection report and stamp it with the official seal.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time: The goods will be delivered within 30 days from the date of receiving the purchaser's supply notice.

(II) After-sales service

1. The supplier provides free after-sales service to the laboratory according to the installation and after-sales service requirements in the winning design requirements.

2. If a supplementary agreement or contract is required during the execution process due to the laboratory's separate requirements, the fees will be resolved by negotiation between the two parties.

3. Both parties privately modify the content of the contract without the other party’s consent, and the other party will not admit it.

4. The supplier ensures that when the equipment fails, it will respond within 8 hours after receiving technical service requirements from the laboratory, such as phone calls, faxes, letters and emails, and on-site maintenance will respond within 24 hours.

(III) Warranty period

The warranty will be 3 years from the date of product acceptance.

(IV) Time and method to raise objections to goods

If the purchaser has objections to the quantity, model, specification, variety, etc. of the delivery, the supplier shall resolve the issue within one working day from the date the purchaser raises the objection. The supplier assumes the responsibility for exchange of objection goods and bears all costs incurred as a result.

(V) Payment settlement

The purchaser shall pay the supplier a [100]% of the payment within 30 days after the installation and acceptance of the goods provided by the supplier.
