On the afternoon of May 18, 2025, some international experts who participated in the Second China Pneumonia Conference and APEC New Fast Re-Failed Infectious Disease Management Forum visited Jinfeng Laboratory to exchange strategies for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases and diagnosis and treatment. Experts from WHO and APEC member states visited the laboratory, accompanied by Tang Anming, deputy director of Jinfeng Laboratory.

The expert group visited the laboratory's Advanced Pathology Science and Technology Museum, the Pathology Phenotypic Omics Laboratory, etc. During this period, the staff introduced the laboratory's functional positioning, research direction and development vision to the expert group in detail, and shared the laboratory's exploration and practice in talent introduction and cultivation, platform construction, scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation.

The expert group highly appreciated the laboratory's high-quality platform, beautiful environment and academic atmosphere. The two sides discussed topics such as infectious disease prevention and control technology, public health emergency response capabilities, etc. Deputy Director Tang Anming welcomed the experts' visit and hoped that international scientific research cooperation and academic exchanges could be further strengthened in the future to jointly respond to global health challenges.
