1. Introduction to the research team leader

Wang Zhe is a professor and director of the Pathology Department of the School of Basic Medicine of Air Force Medical University and Xijing Hospital, and a doctoral supervisor. He was named a young and newcomer of the "famous doctor in the country" and a "Sanqin Talent" in Shaanxi Province. Visiting scholar at the Hormel Institute of the University of Minnesota, USA. He has been engaged in surgical pathological diagnosis and clinical pathological research for more than 20 years, and is good at pathological diagnosis of lymphogenital hematopoietic system, soft tissue and male urogenital system. He is currently the deputy chairman of the Pathology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the leader of the lymphohematopoietic pathology group of the Pathology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the deputy chairman and director-general of the Postgraduate Education Committee of the Clinical Pathology Department of the Chinese Medical Association, the chairman-elected member of the Oncology Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the National Key Laboratory of Oncology Biology, the deputy editor-in-chief of the Chinese Journal of Pathology, and the deputy editor-in-chief of the Journal of Diagnostic Pathology. In clinical pathological diagnosis and research, two new tumor types were first discovered, named and reported internationally; the molecular mechanisms of many rare lymphomas, breast cancer, kidney tumors, etc. were clarified, and the research results were written into the fifth edition of the WHO lymphoma pathology classification; more than 130 SCI papers were published, including more than 70 first authors and corresponding authors. Received 6 grants from the National Natural Science Foundation. He edited 3 monographs, 1 monograph, 4 deputy editors, and 4 participating in the editing.

2. Research direction of the research group

This research group focuses on two directions:

(I) Research on key tumor-related kinases, in-depth discussion on their dual mechanism of action in the remodeling of tumor immune microenvironment and the pathological process of autoimmune diseases. By building a high-throughput kinase activity screening platform, combined with virtual drug design driven by artificial intelligence, systematically carry out the development and optimization of small molecule inhibitors targeted kinases, aiming to provide new targets for the innovation of tumor immune combination therapy, and at the same time provide new directions for precise intervention of autoimmune diseases.

(II) Large-scale tumor whole-genome structural variant research, using improved high-throughput chromatin conformation capture (Hi-C) technology to conduct structural variation detection in large-scale multi-cancer paraffin tissues. The goal is to develop an economically feasible genome structural variant detection method that can be used in clinical pathology, and to discover new reproducible structural variants of important clinical significance in a variety of tumors.

Job requirements and application requirements

1. Senior researcher, general researcher (1-2 people)

(I) Work content:

Assist and guide postdoctoral fellows to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

(II) Application conditions:

1. Have obtained a doctorate degree in basic medicine, life sciences and other related majors, and the age is generally not over 40 years old.

2. There are no less than 2 original works, of which at least 1 is a JCR District 1 paper; or a JCR District 1 paper with an impact factor greater than 10 points.

3. Have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, have high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

(III) Work location: Chongqing Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time), and other circumstances can be discussed again.

2. Research Assistant (2-3 people)

(I) Work content: Assist in scientific research projects and complete experiments on PI arrangements (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, etc.).

(II) Application conditions:

1. Have a master's degree or above in basic medicine, medical technology, biology, biomedical engineering, pharmacy (candidates with doctoral degrees are preferred, and those who meet one of the following requirements are preferred: 1. Proficient in mouse animal experimental operations; 2. Fully master the experimental technology of molecular biology);

2. The age is generally not over 35 years old;

3. Familiar with medical laboratory management and solid basic theoretical knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment;

4. Have the scientific research level that adapts to your job and the ability to organize and effectively carry out related work;

5. Be able to perform project management responsibilities well;

6. Be serious and rigorous in doing things, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, have a sense of service and teamwork spirit.

(III) Work location: Jinfeng Laboratory (full-time).
