3) during the validity period of the contract, assist the purchaser authorized operators to analyze and repair relevant equipment through telephone, network, etc., instantly locate faults, and formulate maintenance plans;

4) it will not exceed 5 working days after receiving the purchaser's report to the completion of the repair.

2. supplier qualification requirements

3. other requirements

1. when the purchaser uses the products and services provided by the quoter within the territory of the people's republic of china, he shall be protected from lawsuits filed by third parties for infringement of his patent and intellectual property rights. if a third party raises an infringement allegation, the dealer shall bear all legal liability and expenses arising from this;

2. the supplier participating in the quotation must meet all terms in the announcement, otherwise his quotation will be rejected;
