we are honored to have professor qiu desheng of southwest university as the keynote speaker for this training. with his profound academic background and rich practical experience, professor qiu elaborated in simple terms from three dimensions: first, he emphasized the urgency and necessity of strengthening the governance of science and technology ethics, pointing out that in the current rapid development of global science and technology, science and technology ethics it is not only a code of scientific research conduct, but also the cornerstone of social progress. then, the basic theoretical framework of science and technology ethics is systematically introduced, and how the principles of science and technology ethics guide scientific research practice and ensure that technological progress serves human well-being. finally, through vivid and detailed case analysis, the overall idea of ​​scientific and technological ethical governance and its application in practical work were demonstrated, allowing participants to deeply understand the importance of combining theory and practice.
