in order to implement the spirit of the "guiding opinions of the general office of the state council on accelerating the innovative development of medical education" (guobanfa [2020] no. 34), gradually improve the management level of domestic pathology department directors, and enhance the level of pathology department construction across the country. the "pathology department director capacity improvement training course (second phase)" sponsored by the chinese medical doctor association and co-organized by the pathologist branch of the chinese medical medical doctor association, jinfeng laboratory and other units is planned to be held in chongqing from september 12 to 15, 2024 .

this training course for the ability improvement of pathology department directors is mainly aimed at leaders of pathology departments. it designs a series of national medical system reform and discipline development, discipline development history and prospects, discipline construction and ability improvement, professional level and influence improvement, quality control, courses related to talent training, with a view to improving the management level of department directors through three days of continuing education and training, promoting the overall development level of my country's pathology department through batch training, and providing better services to patients across the country. this training mainly uses lectures by professional management school personnel, introduction of advanced subject construction experience, team building activities, etc., so that more pathology department directors can improve their management capabilities. students who have trained and passed the assessment will be issued a training certificate from the chinese medical doctor association.

1. adopt on-site closed centralized training to ensure the high quality and level of training.

2. the chinese medical doctor association will organize the question setting, invigilation, marking and other work. assessment will be conducted through a closed-book written examination.

3. examination room discipline requirements: reading materials, whispering, passing items, and using various electronic devices are not allowed. violators will be punished as cheating and their exam results will be cancelled.

4. students who pass the training and assessment will be issued a training certificate from the chinese medical doctor association.

training class quota

this training class mainly recruits leaders of pathological science departments in tertiary hospitals. registration will be closed when 70 people are registered, and 50 people will be selected into this training class after passing the preliminary test.
