the science and technology development department of jinfeng laboratory is a strong scientific research team with women as the backbone. in 2023, the department has a total number of 7 people, of which 6 are women, accounting for more than 85%. there are 3 female doctoral candidates and 4 female party members. in the early days of laboratory construction, there were only three people in the science and technology development department. faced with intense, arduous, and heavy scientific research and management tasks, they had the courage to overcome difficulties and challenges such as shortage of manpower and immature mechanisms, and studied diligently, served sincerely, were willing to contribute, and respected zhenshangmei leads the scientific research management work to continuously achieve new breakthroughs and new developments.
