(1) any supplier who is interested in participating in the consultation should download the competitiveness of this project from the official website of jinfeng laboratory (http://www.jflab.ac.cn) from the date of announcement to the deadline for submitting response documents. all project information published before the consultation, including consultation documents and addenda, regardless of whether the supplier has downloaded it, is deemed to be aware of all the substantive requirements of the consultation.

(2) this project is a non-registration consultation.

(3) suppliers must meet the following three requirements before their response documents will be accepted:

5. other relevant provisions

(1) suppliers that provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for a procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.

(2) in the procurement of goods for a single item under the same contract item (package), if multiple suppliers of the same brand and model of products participate in the negotiation, they can only be calculated as one supplier.

(3) for goods under the same contract item (package), if the manufacturer participates in the negotiation, it shall not entrust an agent to participate in the negotiation.

(4) the clarification documents of this project (if any) will be released on jinfeng laboratory (http://www.jflab.ac.cn), and all suppliers are requested to download it; regardless of whether the supplier downloads it or not, it will be regarded as the same supplier is aware of the contents of this project clarification document (if any).

(5) response documents submitted after the deadline for response documents will not be accepted.

(6) negotiation costs: regardless of the outcome of the negotiation, all costs incurred by the supplier in participating in the negotiation of this project shall be borne by the supplier.

(7) this project does not accept consortiums to participate in consultations, otherwise it will be treated as invalid.
