(hereinafter referred to as "jinfeng") "company") plans to openly recruit cooperative institutions for smart diagnostic and treatment device transformation centers.

1. recruitment scope

an institution capable of designing and building smart diagnostic and treatment device transformation centers.

2. recruitment content

phase i will build an active medical device transformation center and complete standardized decoration and purchase of basic equipment.

phase ii planning and construction of passive medical device conversion center design and construction.

3. cooperation model

based on the cooperative development model, the cooperative organization is responsible for the construction of the smart diagnostic and treatment device transformation center and the purchase of basic equipment, and jointly manages and operates it with jinfeng company to share the results of transformation services.

4. basic conditions

(1) an enterprise registered in mainland china, with independent legal person status, and the ability to undertake the construction and decoration of this transformation center in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.;

(2) the applicant unit has no major safety production or major quality accidents this year and the previous year, has no major illegal records in its business activities, and is not included in the list of abnormal business operations or the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises;

(3) the team members of the applicant unit have good integrity and are not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, abnormal business operations, or tax illegal blacklist on the credit china (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn) platform;

(4) cooperating institutions must have the following qualifications:

1. second-level or above professional contracting qualification for building decoration and decoration projects issued by the construction administrative department;

2. level 3 or above qualification for general contracting of building mechanical and electrical construction, or level 3 or above qualification for professional contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation projects;

3. must have level 2 or above professional contracting qualifications in electronic and intelligent engineering;

(5) the cooperative institution has a valid production safety license;

(6) the proposed project manager must have a second-level or above registered construction engineer certificate in construction engineering or mechanical and electrical installation (must be registered with the unit), and have a valid safety production assessment certificate (b certificate);

(7) the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with direct holding and management relationships, and shall not participate in cooperation under the same contract;

(8) this project does not accept consortium cooperation, and this project is subject to post-qualification review;

(9) this project does not accept subcontracting, otherwise it will be treated as an invalid bid;

5. application process

(1) announcement

this recruitment announcement is released through the official website of jinfeng laboratory and other channels.

(2) registration method

registration will be accepted from the date of this announcement. please send the electronic version of the smart diagnostic and treatment device transformation center cooperation institution application form (see attachment) to the email address: majunrong@jflab.ac.cn, with the email address "smart diagnostic and treatment device transformation center + institution" name" naming. deadline for registration in this batch: before 24:00 on august 6, 2023, subject to the time of email sending. jinfeng company will organize recruitment evaluation in a timely manner depending on the application status.

(3) qualification review

the application materials will be reviewed for qualifications based on the application conditions and the principle of "competitive selection". institutions that have passed the qualification review will enter the evaluation process, and the specific time will be subject to notification. institutions that fail the qualification review will not be notified.

(4) expert evaluation

jinfeng company will organize expert evaluation in a timely manner depending on the application status. the applicant institution will appoint a representative to conduct the defense. the evaluation committee will give evaluation opinions and propose a list of recommended cooperative institutions.

(5) comprehensive inspection

jinfeng company conducts on-site inspections of the proposed cooperation institutions to further verify the institutions' operating conditions and project capabilities, and negotiate to determine the cooperation model.

(6) determine cooperative institutions

based on expert evaluation and comprehensive inspection, the proposed cooperation institution will be confirmed according to relevant procedures. if there is no objection after 5 working days of public announcement, a cooperation agreement will be signed.
