2. supplier qualification requirements

(1) the supplier has independent legal personality;

(2) the supplier has a sound tax and financial system;

(3) from january 1, 2020 to the present (based on the time when the contract was signed), have the performance of at least 2 similar projects with a contract value of more than 500,000 yuan.

3. registration and matters needing attention

(1) competition registration: please register at jinfeng experiment from march 15, 2023 to march 20, 2023 (09:00 to 12:00 am, 14:00 to 17:00 pm), beijing time room, hold the order an original letter of introduction or a power of attorney from the legal representative, a copy of your id card (with official seal), and a copy of your business license (with official seal) to obtain the comparison documents and related information (if the supplier is out of town, the relevant information can be sent by express delivery material).

(2) competitive selection time and location: competitive selection will be held at 14:00 on march 20, 2023, in conference room 301, building 5, jinfeng laboratory. if the time and location of the comparison are changed, the final notice from the purchaser shall prevail. the purchaser will not accept response documents that are delivered after the deadline or have not been delivered to the designated location.

(3) the supplier shall submit written doubts about this project to the purchaser before 10:00 on march 20, 2023;

(4) the purchaser shall answer questions and addenda in a unified manner before 10:00 on march 20, 2023. if the content of the questions and addenda has a significant impact on the preparation of campaign documents, the comparison time will be postponed.
